⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northern Smiles Orthodontics! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles, kindness, and such a positive atmosphere. My daughter was very nervous about her appointment, but every single staff member went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, welcome, and excited to be there. This office is truly designed with kids in mind. They gave her fun prizes, a T-shirt, and even a rewards program where she can earn "cash bucks" for coming to her appointments. Those little touches made such a big difference and helped turn something she was anxious about into something she now looks forward to. What stood out the most was the joy and enthusiasm of the entire team. You can genuinely tell that every person who works there loves what they do and loves caring for their patients. The doctor, assistants, and front office staff were all incredible—kind, patient, encouraging, and full of light. I have never experienced a clinic quite like Northern Smiles. They have created such a cheerful, welcoming environment, and I left feeling so grateful that my daughter is in their care. If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that truly cares about its patients and makes every visit a positive experience, I highly recommend Northern Smiles Orthodontics!

Northern smiles is a wonderful practice! They make the kids feel so comfortable, talk everything out with the parents, and make orthodontics fun! My 8 year old is excited to add points to her card, and my 14 year old is looking forward to having a smile that he is proud of!

Northern Smiles is amazing! My daughter had braces for 9 months and we were very satisfied with our experience. The staff is efficient, friendly and took the time to explain things not only to me but to her too. Highly recommend them!

Everyone is so nice and helpful! We transferred in from another state and the process was so smooth. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and does a great job explaining the process! We have had a great experience all the way around and will continue to go here for my other kids!

Currently have two kids going through the motions for braces. I’m super thankful that we have been keeping an eye on things for years before they need braces. We have had to get teeth removed to decrease crowding- which would have made things so much worse as a teen! Highly recommend!
