Best dental visit EVER! I took my 7 year old here and she's usually very anxious about dental work, but Dr. Sergie did amazing with her and my daughter couldn't wait to go back. We went back for her filling and she got a filling done without getting numb, and with absolutely no pain 🎉 We found a good dental home at North Coast Family Dentistry for sure!

The visit was great! The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and appreciative. Dr. Susan did a great job in cleaning my teeth. My teeth exam was awesome. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. My wife came with my for her cleaning and exam as well. She said the service was great, and even greater were the staff, especially Dr. Susan. I greatly recommend. And I’ll certainly recommend my coworkers to go. Thank you, Dr. Susan and staff!!!!

I have nothing negative to say about this dentistry. I called and was promptly scheduled for an appointment. Both my appointments were quick and painless, requiring no numbing. The staff was always kind and professional, and Dr. Susan was exceptional on both occasions. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend this dentistry. My sister is also planning to make an appointment.

I love Dr. Susan’s care and personal interest - our special needs son got to spend time with her, getting to know her, looking at cool pictures of his teeth on her big screen, and learning more about proper hygiene. North Coast Family Dentistry is my number one dental clinic in Alaska. Customer service is excellent. Dr. Sergie is the best dentist, very humble and kind. Her team were very friendly and professional. A tidy waiting area and sanitized equipment show attention to detail and care. I recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a good dental clinic.

Dr. Sergei is absolutely amazing! My seven-year-old had years of difficulty and anxiety when it came to visiting the dentist. But after just one visit with Dr. Sergei, he accomplished more in under 30 minutes than he had in the past six years combined. She is genuinely kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to get to know my son, making him feel comfortable and seen. We are so grateful to have found her!
