I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hong’s for about nine years now, and I can honestly say the entire team has been amazing. The staff, hygienists, and front office are always welcoming, professional, and caring. One thing I truly appreciate is that they never push unnecessary dental treatment. They only recommend procedures when they are genuinely needed, and Dr. Hong always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly so you feel informed and comfortable making your own decisions. They provide excellent customer service, exceptional care, and truly make their patients feel valued. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving out of state, and they will be dearly missed. Finding a dental office as trustworthy and caring as them will not be easy. I highly recommend Dr. Hong and his team to anyone looking for a compassionate and honest dental office.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Anaheim Hills family dental. From the first phone call the team was friendly and accommodating with my schedule, as a first time patient I was surprised I was able to get in so soon. The team is incredibly friendly and I was seen right on time. X rays were comfortable and quick. My cleaning was incredibly thorough and I really appreciated having each step explained to me so I could understand my health better. I was checked in on for pain several times which is nice and I’ve also never had cleaning that was this pain free. Also the chair was very comfortable which you don’t always get. You can tell the team cares about patient experience. The Dr came in to discuss images after the cleaning and he was incredibly kind as well, he took the time to explain what he saw with my teeth. I left with my teeth feeling great and a smile because the team was so friendly. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and be returning myself!

I just moved to the area recently and was looking for a new dentist. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Hong and team! From my initial phone call with Nancy to meeting everyone in the office in person, the experience has been incredible. Everyone was so kind, caring, and attentive. Dr. Hong is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel informed and empowered about my dental health. He thoroughly explained the current condition of my gums and teeth and clearly laid out next steps to improve my oral health going forward. By far the best dentist office experience I've had!

Dr Ryan Hong and his team are all fantastic. They show genuine care and compassion. You are treated as a friend more than a patient; they invest in your care and ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. This office is truly one of a kind. You have to experience it to really see what sets them apart. Shout out to Nancy for always being so warm and kind!

I am usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Hong along with his team were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and truly a dream to work with. From the moment my wife and I made the appointment, Dr. Hong and his team exceeded every expectation! My wife and I plan to go to this location moving forward because of how Dr. Hong and his team treated us. We already made our next appointment!

First visit today with Dr. Hong, staff was outstanding, very clean offices, loved the air purifiers in each room, Dr. Hong is great, very good at explaining issues, zero upsell like I expected. Customer for life now! Highly recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews so with that said I’m not gonna get into much detail, except for the fact that I’ve had dental issues since my teens and by far this is the best dentist I’ve ever worked with. Save yourself the time on researching around and just call Dr Hong!
