I had a great teeth cleaning with Nancy. She gave me advise on how to help prevent bleeding of my gums. Joanne welcomed me immediately with a big smile and walked me next door for my endodonrist consultation. Dr. C is the best! She put in a bridge that matches my other teeth perfectly and have had no problems. She's always so upbeat and personal. I also was grateful to met Dr. Hayashi, Ana, Ayde and Kristen. I will be back for a root canal soon.Great service as always!

I needed an implant and had been to a couple of other providers and was not comfortable with them and ended up at Anaheim Hills Dental Group after reading up the positive reviews about Dr. Balshe. My whole experience with Anaheim Hills Dental and Dr. Balshe, from start to finish has been praiseworthy. From the front office to the back with the Dr and his assistants, very happy with the great quality care and treatment I received. Today,12/18/25, after several months post insertion of the implant; i was warmly received by Kay at the front desk and Dr. Balshe examined the implant and with a happy face gave me the green light to proceed with its completion of placing the crown. I asked for a report of the work done so far and Kay was able to put together a complete report from start to finish of my implant. Thank you Kay. I will be returning to Anaheim Hills Dental and referring them to all of my family and friends. Thank you!! You are amaizing!

I went in for a routine appointment and had the best experience. From start to finish, this office is very professional and the dental assistant, Jessica, has excellent bedside manner and was gentle while taking x-rays. She made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

I have been visiting this clinic for the past few years. Dr. Samar Amin and Lena, the hygienist, provide excellent care and follow-up. They emphasize a preventive approach and deliver higher quality care. The customer service is outstanding, with advanced technology and a friendly atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! Dr. Balshe is truly exceptional—professional, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the visit. A special shoutout to Ayde at the front desk! She is so warm, welcoming, and efficient. From scheduling to check-in, she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team creates a friendly, caring environment, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

Not a cheap date. Expect to pay $$ at this facility, for some reason insurance doesn’t cover deep cleaning. My husband puts his foot down cleaning only 0 charge. Rating is for hygienist He was excellent. Facility rating 3.5 stars.

I recently started going to this office, and it has easily been the worst dental experience I have ever had. This is clearly a corporate-run practice that prioritizes high-pressure sales tactics over actual patient care. It feels exactly like sitting at a car dealership being pushed into buying an extended warranty. Here are the main reasons I will not be returning: The "Courtesy" Saliva Test Scam: They offer a complimentary saliva test, which is just a scare tactic to pressure you into spending hundreds of dollars on treatments that insurance will not cover. After doing their recommended treatments, I had to fight just to get a free retest. Shockingly, my second results were significantly worse than the first, and they completely failed to explain why that would be. Constant Sales Pressure: When I returned for my second standard cleaning, the pressure started all over again, pushing for even more unnecessary, out-of-pocket treatments. Poor Workmanship & Oversight: After a visit, I thought the hygienist had chipped one of my teeth. I had to make an extra trip back to the office, only to find out it wasn't a chip, but rather left-over dental cement from the work they did four months prior. Lack of Internal Communication: While a different dentist in the office was cleaning off that leftover cement, he pointed out another tooth that he thought had an issue. It turned out to be work they just performed at my previous visit. They don't even seem to trust or know what their own colleagues are doing. I do not understand how any ethical dentist can feel good about scamming patients who rely on them for honest healthcare. If you want an office that actually cares about your oral health instead of their corporate bottom line, look elsewhere. I am moving back to a small, private dental practice where patients are treated like people, not profit margins.
