My daughter was taken care of here at Crabapple Endodontics. The check in process was smooth and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Dr Susan(cannot remember her last name ☺️) was exceptional. She was so gentle and kind to my child. Thank you everyone at Crabapple for being so nice and professional.

Dr. Koagel and her P.A. made certain I was comfortable and knew what to expect going forward w/ my root canal procedure. Dr. Koagel was practiced n efficient during the procedure...frequently commenting on upcoming sounds I might hear n making certain I was remaining painfree. Great! Afterwards, the doctor assured me she'd communicate w/ my primary dentist regarding the root canal and encouraged me to call her if there were any concerns during the home care recovery time. Great! REGARDING FORMS - I did have difficulty completing the necessary PREvisit forms! The program was not as 'user friendly' as the previsit forms I've completed for other physicians. Update/Change the program perhaps???

If anyone is anxious about getting a root canal — Dr. Susie Koagel and staff made it a smooth and stress free experience. Dr. Koagel was professional, gentle and explained every step of the process. The procedure was painless and quicker than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal!

By far the best experience I have had with getting a root canal (my fourth 🙁 sadly) They fit me in quickly, and Dr K handled a curvy root in a tough area with serious skill. They were very kind about the level of pain I was feeling and took great care of me. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had the pleasure of having Dr. Koagel do two root canals. While there is nothing good about a root canal, Dr. Koagel is the best. She has great personality and is very skilled in her profession. I would highly recommend her!
