I had a really great experience at this office. Dr. Patel is incredibly gentle and patient, which made such a difference for me. Hannah, the hygienist, was also so kind and thorough. They both took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re someone who gets a little nervous at the dentist!

This is an amazing office filled with amazing people. I have dental anxiety and they took care of me. They thoroughly explained everything before it happened. They checked to make sure all of my questions were answered before doing any thing. Dr. Patel was amazingly patient with me. I can tell that she really cares about her patients. I also saw the endodontist Dr. Orozco who was so great. Her assistants were fantastic. I can’t forget about the front office staff who were perfectly nice and very helpful. Thank you all for taking such great care of me.

I have a phobia of dental work and i have mental illness and monetary issues that make it very hard to care for myself. This office is amazing. Every staff member is very sweet and understanding. No one ever made me feel judged. Dr. Patel has a feather touch. I have never had such a painless experience in my life. She's was kind, honest, and willing to work with me on my treatment plan. She treated me like a human being and listened to me. Even if part of it is just me buying time to process what I have to get done. I really appreciate that level of human experience. The office also accepts Aetna Discount plan BUT even MORE than that- they help me set up a payment plan i can affors which I have NEVER found a Dentist willing to help in such a way. Truly this office goes above and beyond.Not only is the treatment EXPERTLY given, but the care they give to their patients is unmatched. I had my husband go here. And when she is old enough, I will reccomend my daughter go here too. 10/10 I wish I could rate them higher. P.S. the young man who was my Hygienist today, I forgot his name I'm sorry, he wants to be a dentist. HE WAS GREAT! clearly on the right path. And dr. Patel Is the best to learn from, I can tell. Thank you all again. I will be back.

Great office, Great front desk team, great assistants! overall great experience, very knowledgeable! Anthoni gave me options for which direction i wanted to go in. Dr.Patel didn’t make me feel pressured into making ANY decisions the same day of the appt. I would choose this office over and over again, HIGHLY recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend this office. The doctor, hygienists, and staff (Dr. Rana, Anthony, Aiken, Trisha, Ash, Ethan, Jessica) are ALL so friendly and accommodating. Their top priorities are the patient's comfort and care. After being with my former dentist for 24 years, I was very nervous about finding a new practice. I needed emergency care and was also due for my semi-annual cleaning. Now 2 crowns, a replaced filling, and many polished teeth later, I can honestly say I prefer this practice. I'm so glad my research led me to them.

I absolutely love this dental office! The staff is so kind and caring. I’m always full of questions about teeth, and they’re so patient with me! Taking the time to explain everything, even when I want to look at my X-rays and all the little details. They really listen and address my concerns instead of brushing them off. I’m so glad I found this place, and even though my dental insurance will be changing next year, I’m hoping to keep coming here for my regular checkups (and hopefully fewer major visits)!

I cannot say enough good things about my first visit with Crabapple Smiles Dental Group. Dr. Patel personally came to meet me in the lobby and welcome me back for my appointment. We got to know one another, un-rushed, before any examination began, such a nice touch. When I scheduled my appointment, they had told me to block 2-hours and I thought for sure I’d have time to work some in that timeframe, however I had attention showered on me from start to finish! From digital X-rays and saliva testing with Ash, to soft and hard tissue exams with the Dr and hygienist, to insurance coverage explanations with Caitlyn and my curated cleaning with Jessica based on the findings from all the poking and prodding — plus a small filling handled that I didn’t have to schedule another day to come back for, I barely had time to check quick text messages let alone pull out my laptop! I had not been happy with my last dental practice for a while for various reasons, and after this appointment I honestly think I was not getting quality service at all for years! Very grateful to have found this practice that is in-network and would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
