SILVAGGIO ENDODONTICS

I had a wonderful experience at Silvaggio endodontics in Allentown. I was VERY nervous for my root canal (who wouldn't be!) as I have had a bad experience at another office in the past . However, Dr. Jabbs was very professional, caring and gentle when doing the procedure. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Jabbs took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. They made sure I was numbed up and did not feel ANY pain, which of course was my worry. Thank you Dr. Jabbs and team, you are all so great. I appreciate you. Highly recommend this specialist!!!

I had another successful root canal completed by Dr Kristin Jabbs. My first visit was 14 years ago and I remembered there was no pain associated with the procedure. She talks about every step in detail and is very thorough. My wife Kathleen had work done by Dr Joseph Silvaggio not long ago and had the same great experience. I have had two root canals done. First one in NYC by s well known and highly recommended surgeon and the second by Dr. Silvaggio. Dr. Silvaggio was by foreign above the better Surgeon! His office was professional, and it was virtually a pain-free process for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Silvaggio.

A Truly Outstanding Root Canal Experience at Silvaggio Endodontics! I recently had a root canal at Silvaggio Endodontics, and I can honestly say it was the easiest and best experience I have ever had with the procedure. Having gone through root canals before, I was prepared for discomfort, but the entire process was remarkably smooth and virtually pain-free. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful! 5 stars to the whole team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This review isn't towards the specialist because I heard amazing things about them however it does refer to the Front Desk receptionist with the blonde hair today 10/21. She had such a bad attitude, I understand that I needed to be a bit early to fill out the paperwork however her comment before handing me the paperwork "We called you to let you know how much it was going to be" I said yes you called me at 4:20 PM when you close at 4:30 PM. I was excited to get my root canal today but with this first impression experience I cancelled the appointment and got another Endodontist for the next day. They really need to check her attitude since I'm reading other reviews relating to the same issue.

Dr. Selvaggio and his staff went above & beyond for me today!! I was extremely nervous about having a root canal & he explained every step of the way. My appointment was actually during the solar eclipse, and Dr. Selvaggio and I went outside to take a look at it in the middle of my appointment. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. This is my first time ever leaving a review on anything but I had to for this entire office staff. They were wonderful.

They don’t care if their patients live or die. SO OVERPRICED AND PREDATORY, DONT DO IT! They botched my root canal— for context, I take VERY good care of my teeth, my smile and hygiene are everything to me! I was in a car accident, cracked my molar so I got a root canal at silvaggio’s. it turns out they never put a post in so now just 3 years later my "permanent" crown FELL OUT and I need a whole other root canal on the same tooth. Well now I don’t have insurance and they’re charging $350 just to sit down in a chair and be seen, not even to touch the tooth. I didnt really want to go back there anyway because they obviously did a bad job, but I thought I’d explain the situation and see if they could help me in any way. Like maybe just waive the consultation fee since they did the root canal that didn’t last, and I’d already be paying $2,000 out of pocket for them the treat it again. But no, they said they were not willing to help in any way, and made sure to tell me that even if I want to pay it, they won’t do any payment plans so I’ll have to pay in full up front. Now I was going to do that anyway, it’s not even about the money. It’s 2 grand ya know, not $20k, I can afford it! But it feels wrong to me that they won’t stand by their work and do right by their patients. They know I have an abscess and now a fistula and fully don’t care. I went to a dentist office in Bethlehem that didn’t have the right specialist so they COULDNT treat me, but they’re doing everything they can to get me seen by an endo that can. Actually showing me they care about me getting this taken care of to save my tooth and my face! Because of the bad work I got at Silvaggio’s, if I don’t get it retreated, I could need facial reconstruction surgery and even get an infection to my brain. They do not care if their patients live or die, they just want your money.
