I am a working mother! I've been trying to call and schedule an appointment for my kids and myself and they never pick up the phone. Also, their voicemail is always full. I'm changing dental office ASAP....
Trash, unprofessional people, we had appointments today and they don't was there, That's happened two times, the was closed, I recommend you, don't going never.

Do not go here if you enjoy being respected. Summary: THEY WILL THREATEN TO HOLD YOU HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY FOR THE FIRST AND ALL FUTURE VISITS IF YOU ARE GETTING A PROCUDURE DONE THAT REQUIRES MULTIPLE APPTS. INCLUDING EVERYTHING THAT WILL NOT EVEN BE PERFORMED UNTIL MANY MONTHS LATER. Not once, EVEN ONCE, before/during the quick initial procedure, did anyone try to ask me what payment method I'll be using, or some other way that doesn't involve threats of unlawful imprisonment. Instead the oh-so-friendly billing rep Deborah demanded one of the techs to come and tell me that I "can't leave until [I] pay up" immediately after the surgeon was finished. Apparently a mid-20s Ivy Leaguer from NYC is going to skip out on your dental bill, better yet, let us literally lock them in first logic second. So be ware: If you're used to paying for whatever service that has already been rendered by your provider that day, aka pay for what you have already received, find a different place. (It's called a transaction for a reason) If you're used to getting a bill in the mail later or pay at the counter when you're all finished, find a different place. If you're used to not being treated like a thieving, lying trash who will skip out on paying for finished AND unfinished procedures, find a different place. They like to lock you in with paying for future procedures so you can't even switch clinics, and if the billing dept personnel conveniently glossed over that fact, bring a tent and food because there's a chance you're NOT walking out of the clinic. Money isn't the point of this review, the point is the way I was treated, and how I now am locked in with dealing with this clinic. All the surgeons, techs, and rest of the staff with whom I interacted with are all very respectful, professional, and many with great interpersonal skills. They know their jobs well even though the equipments are a bit old, but none of them seem like the type of "professional" that'll resort to threats of holding their patients hostage before I could even get a piece of paper to write down a credit card number, loud enough for the entire floor to over hear. TL;DR: Most humiliating experience I've ever had at a professional place. I wish it'll never happen to anyone else but I doubt it. Would give 0/5 if I could.
