I’ve had several dentists in my life and Dr Kasper and her team are my favorite. I feel that Dr Kasper is proactive in my care but never proposes unnecessary treatment. They do a fantastic job of explaining procedures and my care plans. The admin team is also great at keeping the office organized and makes it easy to schedule appointments.

I have been a patient for nearly 10 years. This dental practice is best defined by their highly professional staff, a spotless clean office, efficient appointment scheduling, and most importantly Dr. Kasper’s warm and friendly manner. By far my best experience with a dentist. The office staff and dental hygienists are incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Kasper is phenomenal and makes the whole experience - whether a cleaning or a crown - easy and pain free. She is super considerate about patient comfort, including putting on vasoline on your lips before procedures so your lips don’t crack. I recommend them to all my friends in the area.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Old Town Dentistry. I’ve been visiting Dr. Kasper for several years for routine cleanings, dental implants, and finally Invisalign. I had to move suddenly during my Invisalign treatment, but the staff and Dr. Kasper were extremely helpful in providing me with the necessary details and even shipping me my trays to another location. I am quite sure I was a bit of an annoyance to the staff with all my requests, but they never responded to me with anything but kindness and helped me out with everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend Old Town Dentistry and Dr. Kasper to anyone!

Dr. Kasper and her team have done an amazing job with restoring and realigning my teeth! They walked me through the entire Invisalign process and I am very satisfied with the results! I recommend anyone come to her office if you are looking for a dentist in the Northern VA or DMV area!
