I’ve been a patient at this dental office for many years and have always had positive experiences—until this visit. The young lady working at the front desk appeared untrained and unprofessional. She insisted on charging me for my dental cleaning, stating that it was my "third visit" and that my insurance would not cover it, saying, "You must pay," while waving the invoice in front of me with an attitude. Unfortunately, she was looking at my visits from 2025 and failed to recognize that today is January 2026, meaning my insurance benefits had reset. This basic oversight caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. I’ve trusted this office for years, and hiring someone who behaves this way does not represent the level of service or professionalism I’ve come to expect from this location. I hope management addresses training and customer service moving forward.

I had a great experience at Alexandria Dental Group. From the front desk to the dentist, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain my treatment and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. The office is very clean and modern. I highly recommend them!

I had a very frustrating experience at this dental office. I went in recently to fix a filling and address two other fillings that were originally done by a previous doctor at the same practice. For quite some time, I had been experiencing pain and discomfort with those fillings and made sure to mention it during multiple visits. Unfortunately, my concerns were not properly addressed, and I was never clearly informed that these fillings needed to be redone urgently or that delaying treatment could result in additional charges. At my most recent visit, I was surprised to be charged to fix these same fillings—issues that I had been raising repeatedly and that stemmed from prior work done at the office. It was very disappointing to have to pay again for something that could have been handled earlier with proper communication.

I visited the office as a new patient and was told that they take my insurance and the estimated cost would be $0. The cleaning was great and Dr. Yim was wonderful but a few weeks later, I received a bill that was over $100. Turns out the x-ray they performed was a full mouth x-ray instead of the typical ones (they seem to do this with new patients). I just wish this was communicated to me better so I could have asked for the normal x-rays.

I had went to Alexandria Dental group and saw Doctor Yim. Will not be going back to this Dental place or Doctor. Worst care that I have ever received by a dentist and the staff. How many times does it take for a crown to fit and how many times can it fall off? Now this tooth is cracked and I have to go to get it fixed. Also 14 times injecting me to numb the pain for the crown work and it still didn’t help. Glad to be moving away from this area. Amber smith

Modern and very clean dental office. Dr. Suska and her staff are very professional, compassionate and caring... They listened to your concerns and easy scheduling... I recommend this place to my family and friends.

I’ve been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid due to something that happened way back. I typically start to get extremely nervous, shake, get very cold - the works. Also historically canceled last minute because I get too nervous to go in. I found Alexandria Dental Group through Google a few months ago and they were so incredibly kind, patient and did a great job at explaining what was going to be happening and keeping my nerves at bay. Each time I go back here for somewhat routine maintenance, it’s always a consistent experience. They are very always professional, compassionate, and clear. I’m very grateful that I stumbled across them, and have already recommended them to friends and family.
