I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dental cleanings make me extremely nervous because I am very susceptible to getting headaches, so I always go in with anxiety. Clarissa was absolutely amazing during my cleaning. She was patient, gentle, understanding, and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took her time and made the experience so much easier than I expected. Her calm and compassionate approach truly made all the difference for me. And Dr. Zappia is truly exceptional. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for the moment he walks into the room. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in providing outstanding care. If you are someone who gets nervous about dental visits, I highly recommend this office... they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I have avoided dentists for years. I now have a few issues that need to be addressed. Dr Fryer and her team were absolutely amazing! After X-rays and an exam, she discussed all of the possible options and costs. We agreed on the most viable plan and they scheduled everything for me! Simple, painless and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Fryer if you have any fear of dentists and even if you don’t! I’m very grateful for the experience..

Hands down THE BEST dentist in the Capital District. I drive 90 miles to come here because THEY ARE WORTH IT! From the cleanliness of the office, to the friendly staff, to the state of the art equipment to the incredible dentists, hygienists and assistants. They care about you, they hear you if you have dental issues and they are extremely thorough. I cannot recommend this female owned dental practice enough!

I finally found a Dentist practice that works with all your issues such as TMJ, gagging and anxiety. It is the first time in 50 years that I am comfortable and feel my dental needs are being met. The whole staff is friendly, kind and supportive.

I had an old amalgam filling fall out and Zappia & Fryer were able to get me in quickly. They refilled it fast and painlessly. The office is modern, clean, and honestly a joy to be in — I genuinely look forward to seeing Dr. Zappia every time. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I really appreciate is Dr. Zappia’s philosophy: she treats what truly needs attention and doesn't push unnecessary work. They believe in preserving the natural tooth and leaving things untouched if they’re healthy — a refreshing and trustworthy approach to dental care.

Let me just say that my family of 4 drives 25 minutes from our home in Clifton Park to see the dentists at this office. Dr. Zappia and her sister Dr. Fryer are as nice and caring as anyone you will have the pleasure to have their hands in your mouth. The hygienist staff and the front desk staff are all stars also. They bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule but most importantly they're all smiling. Sincerely smiling, not smiling because it's their job.
