The front desk was extremely welcoming! For me, that's so important since they are the face of the practice. The staff was cheerful and all-around pleasant, as was Dr. Thomas!. He was easy to speak with and had a great 'chairside' manner!
Western Dental Care P.C. provides the best dental care that I've experienced in 28 years of living in the Capital Region. My dental office closed and I had to scramble to find a dentist when I needed a crown. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Thomas and the entire staff are top notch!

Through my own stupidity I ended up late. They were able to still accommodate me. Entire staff was great. Made the entire experience much easier to deal with as I was terrified for days leading up to the appointment.
