While searching for a dentist near me, I found a real jewel in Alameda, where I live! Alameda Aesthetic Dentistry! Ian Fuller, DDS is everything you want in a dentist: knowledgeable, professional, capable, trustworthy, and friendly. I had what I thought was a loose crown. It turned out to be a loose implant. Dr. Fuller replaced necessary part and repaired the implant by drilling through the existing crown without having to remove it. He discovered a cavity under an old crown. He removed the old crown, drilled out the cavity and replace it with a new crown, using the newest technology (using a scanner) to assure crown was a perfect fit. Both procedures were extremely cost effective. I am so impressed with Dr. fuller as a dentist! His whole office staff is incredible. All of them extremely knowledgeable and friendly! You are met with welcoming smiles from the front office girls as you enter the office. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Alameda Aesthetic Dentistry if you are looking for a top notch dentist office in the East Bay!

WARNING: Get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment. I came in for a routine cleaning. I go every 3 months and have been to this practice 5 times since it changed ownership in 2024. I left with a treatment plan for 12 cavities and $2,268 in fillings. I have never had a cavity as an adult. The diagnosing dentist was someone I had never met, the exam took about 7 minutes, and no new X-rays were taken. I had clean X-rays from 3 months prior. I got a second opinion the next day. The second dentist said my teeth and gums were in great condition, just some surface staining on molars and no cavities. This practice has had constant staff turnover since the ownership change. I won’t be returning and highly recommend everyone looks elsewhere.

Since my very first general cleaning here, I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience each time I come back. The receptionists are so personable and knowledgeable—they always make you feel welcome. Dr. Fuller and the hygienists are wonderful, too. They are always attentive and informative, and they explain each part of the process so there are no surprises. I highly recommend this office!

The dental assistant who scanned my teeth was very thorough, and Dr. Fuller was kind, professional, and easy to talk to. The receptionists Mia and Ana were the absolute best. They were so friendly and helpful, and it was super easy to request an appointment on their website. Mia reached out right away to schedule me. I have been to a lot of clinics looking for Invisalign, and this one is my favorite. The atmosphere, the care, and the service made me feel confident about starting treatment here. The price was also very competitive compared to the other clinics I visited. There is also tons of street parking, which makes coming in stress-free. I’m so excited to begin my Invisalign journey with them!!
