Always feel welcome when I come in. They know you by name and face! Lindsay is so funny and personable. One of the fastest appointments and in and out in a timely manner dentist I've been to. They keep everyone flowing and never make you or leave you waiting past your time. They accommodated me for an issue I was having and got me in next day. Leslie is so funny and makes you feel at ease while she cleans your teeth. Thank you all from 2K for making my experience a good one

I have gone to Waterloo Dental for many years and was sorry to hear that my dentist had retired. I have several times since the new staff arrived. The first three times I saw a different dentist each time. However, now they have a permanent one. I had a root canal and a crown done by him. He is quite a perfectionist so each item takes time. The crown looks really good and I had no problems with the root canal. I will go back. Also, the dental hygenist and dental assistants are great. Four stars because of the three different dentists the first three times.

A marked improvement from six months ago. My hygienist, Jataysia, was thorough and efficient. The office has worked to streamline its procedures. I had some concerns when 2K Dental initially took over, but I was in and out within the hour today. Clients appreciate consistency.

Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Dentist is very good at what he does. And the hygienist Was so nice and very gentle. I never have no worries when I go in there. They take good care of me.

Customer Sevice here is awesome. Dentist trips for me always get the anxiety going but they make you feel welcome and really care about you. From the second you walk in with Lisa and Rhonda greeting you with a smile, to Leslie cleaning my teeth and really caring about me and my smile, goes a million miles. Leslie does an amazing job and we have some laughs and great conversation through the whole visit. I have been with her the past handful of cleanings now and couldn't have asked for a better person!! Love seeing her and the team!

This office has gone way downhill since they were bought. Jataysia the hygienist is WONDERFUL and the reason for the second star. Every visit I have had with her, she was gentle, informative and thorough. The front desk staff never greets you when you walk in anymore. While waiting for the doctor and my cleaning, another hygienist burped super loud and gross outside the room in was in. She was the same one I could hear being very loud, obnoxious, and singing to the music. They seem very unprofessional. After over 20 minutes of waiting, I never even got the chance to be examined by the doctor. I’m beyond disappointed with this practice.
