My experience has been amazing I was in traumatic situation and they knew and accommodating me during this was amazing. Listened executed no pain, only complaint one over seeing Dr said time is money directing student to go against my wishes. They didn't listen to him they listened to me and my feelings and THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES!!! Other Drs and senior staff amazing.

They are the worst place I've ever seen . Measure for upper dentures when the whole mouth was still severely swollen. I'm Bob Reddick pleased to meet you the roof of my mouth was so swelled so the dentures were too wide the roof of the mouth the pallet wasn't even far back enough constant pain I wait in July of 2024 after getting the dentures in June was 121pds by the end of December I weighed 101 pounds constant pain moving around kept reporting this they ignored me. February the dentist said that they made them too wide and the top part of the palate wasn't even far enough. Refuse to make me new ones even though they admitted on a recording line that they made him too big constant pain inflamed roof of my mouth non-stop orajel. Said I would have to pay cash for their mistake for failure to make ill fitting dentures. Neglected to properly make the molds.. can I eat the upper and lowers move all around had to miss events has caused this figuring of my facial and jaw pain. File a complaint with the dental. Of Columbus also CareSource. This could cause serious conditions it is already caused wasting syndrome lost 5% of body weight. Signed papers twice to get my total records have not received them that was in May & June. I wouldn't even put one star

By the comments and reviews, I don't think I want to risk my life for this nerve. Update, Just got first part of rc, this guy I had almost didn't know what the heck they were doing. They didn't apply enough numbness. I was thinking I was going to get an expert, apparently not, I got a beginner.

Dr. Noah Extracted 21 of my teeth to get dentures and I have Always had a big fear of the Dentist but he is the best I’ve ever been to without a doubt .He was very kind very gentle didn’t hurt me one bit and I would recommend him over and over again he was 100% The best Dentist, I’ve ever been to

Dr. Carillon is amazing!! He makes you feel at ease and he does a great job.

Worst customer service; my partner was turned away because we don't have physical copies of our dental cards. He also saw 2-3 other people being turned away for various reasons. It seems like you make an appointment, wait 3 weeks, and get turned away for any reason they come up with. Waste of time. Edit to add: my partner tried to make another appointment for the new year when he'll have his own physical card for dental insurance and they told him because he never had an appointment he wasn't already a patient and they're not accepting new patients 🙃 you'd think they want to take care of patients instead of making them find somewhere else to get care!

I want to formally make a complaint about my experience with the appointment scheduler on June 26th, which happened at 10:42 am. I was talking to a woman, and she was very short and unprofessional. Usually, there are customer service prompts to say to a person that is trying to get an appointment scheduled, but the phone call was often met with awkward pauses where I had to tell her that I wanted my appointment scheduled. She was short with me and it seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I was so baffled at the way she was talking to me that I muttered the words, "oh my god" and hung up on her. Usually, I am forgiving about this sort of behavior, but she needs to be retrained. Also, I wanted to give her my insurance to make sure they took it, but she refused and said that I had to come in which is not true. I called another Dental Office and they took my info over the phone to make sure they took it. I don't think I will come back to this office for Dental work.
