Dr Fredericks and her staff continue to impress! I had a crown on my dental implant come off and Dr Fredericks fit me in that day even though she had a full schedule and it was two days before Thanksgiving! She is the best dentist, with the most knowledge and love of her craft, than any other dentist I’ve gone to, and I’m 59 years old! I can’t say enough good things about her and her dental practice. Dr Susan Fredericks has changed my perception of dentistry entirely. I have always been afraid of the Dentist, whether it’s because of pain or the noises that dental tools make. However, Dr Fredericks has the most gentle hand and calming spirit of any provider I’ve ever had. She is so warm, so intelligent, and has the most kind and competent staff. The office staff use text-based communication, which in my opinion is efficient And helps with remembering appointment times and office location. She gets you in quickly when you’re in pain and makes you feel taken care of. I promise you, if you come to her office once you will never see another dentist again. If there were more than five stars, I would rate them higher.

I have been going to Dr Fredericks for well over 30 years. I was just at her office, and asked if the procedure will hurt, she said, no, I promise. And it didn't! The more I think about it. Susan Fredericks is an excellent dentist. She has a staff that is both professional and friendly. The office environment is comfortable, relaxed and that's why Dr. Fredericks has been my dentist of 41 years and counting.
