No he ido al dentista en más de 10 años... Solo voy si tengo un problema:( Sé que es terrible) Se me partió un diente de abajo, a la derecha, en la parte de atrás, así que fui a ver quién estaba en la red de cobertura. Tuve suerte y encontré al Dr. Russo y a la higienista Brittany. Todo el personal, desde la recepcionista, la Sra. Danielle, que fue extremadamente amable y paciente conmigo:) hasta la maravillosa mujer que (habló del Super Bowl) me hizo todas las radiografías con rapidez y precisión. Debo decir que, gracias a esta grata experiencia, ¡son mis nuevos proveedores dentales!!! Incluso se me humedecieron un poco los ojos, no porque me doliera, sino cuando Brittany me estaba limpiando los dientes sacó una tira de hilo dental y la última persona que me limpió los dientes con hilo fue mi mamá, que ya falleció... Toda la experiencia fue la mejor visita que he tenido con un consultorio dental. ¡MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS por sus explicaciones, Dr. Russo, y por la ausencia total de juicios que demostraron! En realidad, estoy deseando que llegue mi extracción con el Dr. Russo y mi próxima limpieza con la dulce y delicada Brittany!!! Gracias a todo el personal y ¡que gane los Seahawks lol:)I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years... I only go if I have a problem:( I know terrible) I cracked my tooth bottom right in the back so I went to see who was in network. I lucked up and found Dr. Russo and hygienist Brittany. The entire staff from the front desk Ms. Danielle who was extremely kind and patient with me:) to the wonderful woman who (chatted about the superbowl) did all my X-rays with speed and accuracy. I must say due to this pleasant experience they're my new dental providers!!! I even got a little teary eyed not because it hurt but when Brittany was doing my cleaning she brought out a strip of floss and the last person to floss my teeth was my mom and she passed away... the entire experience was the best visit I have ever had with a dental practice. THANK YOU so very much for your explanations Dr. Russo and the non judgment that was on full display! I'm actually looking forward to my tooth extraction with Dr. Russo and my next cleaning with sweet gentle Brittany!!! ¡ESTE LUGAR ES INCREÍBLE!!! La Dra. Duffy es súper amable, muy cariñosa y paciente. SIEMPRE he ODIAO ir al dentista, pero ahora no iré a ningún otro lugar. Tienen una clienta de por vida. Todos en esta oficina han sido súper amables. Están dispuestos a responder cualquier pregunta sin ser condescendientes ni juzgar. Hasta el personal de Facturación ha estado trabajando para resolver un problema de facturación con mi seguro directamente. ¡No he tenido que hacer ni una sola llamada! Lo recomendaría a cualquiera 🙂THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Dr. Duffy is so nice, very kind and patient. I've always REALLY HATED going to the dentist, but now I will go nowhere else. They have a client for life. Everyone in this office has been super friendly. They are willing to answer any questions without being condescending or judge-y. The Billing staff has even been working on resolving an insurance billing issue directly with my insurance. I've not had to make a single call. Tuve un cambio en el seguro dental a través de mi trabajo, este lugar estaba cerca de mi empleo; ¡qué perfecto! Llamé para convertirme en paciente nuevo, me devolvieron la llamada al instante. Empecé un plan dental ya que necesitaba algunos trabajos. Fui a mi primera visita para arreglar una caries. Dos semanas después sigo con dolor. Llamé y dejé 3 mensajes de voz en las últimas dos semanas y aún no me han devuelto la llamada. Hoy busqué a otro dentista que me atendió de inmediato. Por el excesivo taladro para arreglar la caries, ahora tengo una infección y necesito una endodoncia. Esta clínica dental aún no me devuelve la llamada. Fíjate, sí necesitaba algunos trabajos, pero ninguna de mis piezas me dolía, llevo con dolor desde que me "arreglaron" la caries. ¡Increíble!!!!!!I had a change in dental insurance through work, this place was close to my job; how perfect! Called to become a new patient, they called me back right away. started a dental plan as I need some work done. Went to my first visit to get a cavity fixed. Two weeks later I am still in pain. Called and left 3 voicemails over the last two weeks with still no call back. Sought out another dentist today for help who brought me in right away. Due to the excessive drilling to fix the cavity, I now have an infection and am in need for a root canal. This dental office still will not call me back. Estoy muy satisfecha con la atención que recibimos y ya los he recomendado a otros. El Dr. Kuipers es nuestro dentista principal. The employees are generally unhappy and complaining to each other a LOT of turn over. I've had a "temp" before since they cannot keep employees. Sometimes even after the hygienist has finished you wait for the dentist to come in and look at the x-rays. I've had to leave because the wait to see the dentist was so long after the cleaning. Last time I was in they told me I had two cavities I should have had filled years ago. I asked why they hadn't mentioned in the past 8 visits- no answer. I asked what the cost would be to me personally and then got a much larger bill. I asked them to consider accepting what the insurance company did pay and they declined.
