I had a cleaning and cavity filling done with this office. Dr. Colton and his team exceeded my expectations! They made me feel comfortable and patiently explained everything to me including ways I can improve my oral health.

The scheduling process was pleasant, and I appreciated receiving new patient forms ahead of time—they actually read them, so fill them out! However, check-in was a bit awkward; the woman at the front desk wasn’t very personable, and I briefly wondered if I even had an appointment given her silence. Thankfully, the hygienist, Stephanie, completely turned things around. She explained every step before starting, was gentle with my sensitive teeth, and frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. When I shared my needs, she listened and followed through. Both Stephanie and Dr. Hartline provided helpful recommendations, and overall, this is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hartline for a while now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist’s office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Hartline is great—he’s really knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, which I really appreciate. The office is always clean and everyone is really professional, but they also make it feel relaxed, so you don’t get that "dentist anxiety" vibe. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, I always feel comfortable and taken care of. If you're looking for a dentist who’s not only skilled but also easy to talk to, Dr. Hartline and his team are the way to go!

I have been at Chisholm dental since Dr. Hartline acquired the practice. Every Experience has been extremely comfortable and professional. He did my first implant and I was more than pleased, absolutely no pain and beautiful job. His employees are all extremely nice and Professional. When Dr Hartline purchased the practice I was extremely pleased that he kept the existing employees.

Being with some of the employees since I was in my early adulthood made my transition to this wonderful group! The nurses are wonderful, as soon as I walk in they are always ready for me! Dr. Hartline is amazing! He’ll listen and help with and concerns and come up with a plan to sustain it. I couldn’t have asked for a better place!

I will now continue my dental care at Dr. Hartline’s office after my first visit yesterday! I felt at ease and had an easy appointment. Dr. Hartline has a friendly personality and is willing to go above and beyond to make your appointment go smoothly. Denise at front desk is amazing and makes you feel extremely welcomed when you schedule and along with Tonya and the rest of staff when assisting you and answering all the questions you have. I highly recommend this office if you want a local friendly dentist that has a comfortable atmosphere and is knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heartline for the last 2 years and couldn't be happier with the care I have received. He has caught potential issues with my teeth and made sure that I got things taken care of before bigger problems could happen. For many years my lower teeth had been receeding and causing me to chip my teeth. He recommended Invisalign to remedy the problem. It has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself! Dr. Heartline and his great staff have made it such an easy process and the difference I've seen is amazing! Finding a good dentist isn't anything I take lightly. Good dental care is so important and effects so many aspects of our general health. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Heartline. I could tell at my first appointment that he is absolutely brilliant and top notch. Very laid back and friendly and great to let me understand things. His whole staff is the same way. Bright, very professional, friendly..letting me know I am in excellent hands. From his Front Desk Ladies, his Dential Hygienist, Dental Assistants and Dr. Heartland...I'm so very grateful to be in their care.
