Lo que puedo decir, solo publico cuando todo es 5 estrellas más y esta oficina dental fue un soplo de aire fresco. Me cambié a esta oficina. Con la esperanza de encontrar un dentista decente que realmente me hable sobre un plan de tratamiento. Me lo explicaron todo. La higienista fue increíble. Me hizo sentir muy cómodo, me explicó todo lo que hacía en relación a mis problemas de encías. Seguido de otro dentista. Que me explicó exactamente lo que se necesitaba en cuanto a planes de tratamiento, el servicio al cliente allí fue increíble. Me lo explicaron todo, cualquier pregunta que tenía sobre mi seguro con respecto a citas posteriores. Me lo explicaron todo, de primera, bendecido por haber encontrado esta oficina.What can I say I only post when Everything is 5 star plus and this dental office was a breath of fresh air. I transferred to this office. In hopes to find a decent dentist to actually speak to me in regards of a treatment plan. They explained everything to me. The hygienist was amazing. She Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything that she was doing in regards to my gum issues. Followed by another dentist. Who explained to me exactly what was needed in regards to treatment plans, the customer service there was amazing.They explained everything to me any questions I had regarding my insurance regarding further appointments. Tuve una cita ayer a las 9:30 en *partially blind*. O sea, que necesito ayuda, se lo hice saber a la recepcionista. Una fue muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. La otra recepcionista fue muy despectiva y grosera. Diciéndome que no podía recibir ayuda porque no puedo ver los formularios de consentimiento. ¿No va eso en contra de las leyes de discapacidad? Otra vez, esperé 2 horas para que me vieran 5 minutos y no recibir *ninguna* ayuda. Todo lo que hizo la doctora fue hablarle a la asistente sobre lo que había que hacer, ni una sola vez me dijo a mí directamente qué estaba pasando o qué se necesitaba hacer. Fui por un dolor de muela que llevo más de una semana, para ellos no era una emergencia, así que solo me dijeron "eso es todo" y que me referirían a otro lado o con alguien más. La doctora también supuestamente iba a enviar medicamentos a mi farmacia, pero nunca recibieron mis recetas. No ayudan a las personas con discapacidad visual. Después de que me sacaron del cuarto, hasta la doctora dijo *"Im... no podían hacerme una limpieza"*, pero a otro paciente le dijeron que en 30 minutos le podían hacer su limpieza, pero para mí no estaba disponible. ¿Debería reportarlos al departamento estatal de discapacidad? La única razón por la que les doy 2 estrellas es por la recepcionista amable que me ayudó a llenar los papeles.I had an appt yesterday 930 in partially blind. Meaning I need help I let the receptionist know. One was very nice and willing to help. The other receptionist was very dismissive and rude. Telling me I couldn’t get help because I can’t see the consent forms. Isn’t that against the disability acts?? Again I waited 2hrs to be seen for 5min and not get any help at all. All the Dr was doing was talking to theassisntant of what needed to be done not once did she tell me what was going on or what needed to be done directly to me. I went in for toothache that I had for over a week to them it wasn’t an emergency so they just told me that was it and to be referred somewhere or to someone. Dr was also supposed to send meds to my pharmacy yeah they never got my scripts. They don’t help ppl with visual disability. After I got taken out the room Dr even said Imthey couldn’t do a cleaning but a patient was told that in 30min they can do his cleaning but it wasn’t available for me. Estoy aterrada de ir al dentista. Evité ir durante años. Venir a este lugar fue un cambio de juego, la hospitalidad y el apoyo son inigualables. Todo el personal es muy amable. Lo recomiendo 10/10.I am terrified of going to the dentist. I avoided going for years. Coming to this placed was a game changer, the hospitality and support is unmatched.
