From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and super organized. The office was clean, modern, and ran right on time, which I really appreciated. Me derivaron al Dr. Jo de mi dentista hace un tiempo. Solo que nunca vine a dejar la reseña. El personal es INCREÍBLE, el Dr. Jo, en cambio, no fue tan amable. Más bien parecía que quería criticar en vez de ayudar. Luego dijo que estaría mejor sacándome una muela que poniéndome brackets y que, si quería basically malgastar mi dinero, él procedería con el tratamiento 😖. Insistió en que el seguro cubría los implantes y le expliqué que, si fuera así, no estaría ahí. Y tengo dos seguros, el monto que me cobraban era una locura. I just never came here to leave the review The staff AMAZING, Dr.Jo on the other hand was not that pleasant. It was more like he wanted to criticize instead if help. Then he said I was better off getting a tooth pulled rather than braces and that if I wanted to pretty much waste my money, he would proceed with treatment😖. He was adamant that insurance covered implants and I explained if that were the case I wouldn't have been been there. And I have two insurances the amount that they were charging is crazy. Hace 10 años fui paciente con ellos con mi hermana gemela. Irónicamente me pusieron un retenedor metálico en la parte de atrás de la fila de abajo de dientes, y no a mi hermana gemela. Hasta ayer se me rompió el retenedor de nuevo, y llamé para ver si podrían cortar el material sobrante y tal vez solo lijarlo. Me está molestando la lengua. Eso sí, hace un par de años fui por un pedazo que se desprendió y me lo cortaron y se aseguraron de que no me estuviera lastimando. Hoy la recepcionista me va a decir que o son 125 dólares para quitar el retenedor, o 225 para repararlo y no solo cortan el pedazo. Además me sugirió que use cortauñas para cortar la parte que se rompió, aunque igual seguiría afilado al final. Nunca pedí el retenedor permanente para empezar. Pagaste por todos los tratamientos y aún así tienes que pagar después por los problemas. Es una locura, así que por favor, tengan cuidado.I was a patient with them 10 years ago with my twin sister. Ironically they put a metal retainer on the back of bottom row of teeth, and not my twin sister. As of yesterday my retainer broke again, and I called to see if they would be able to cut off the excess material and maybe just shave it down. It’s making my tongue sit uncomfortably. Mind you a year or two ago I went for a piece breaking off and they cut it and made sure it wasn’t poking me. Today the receptionist is going to tell me it’s either going to be 125 to take off the retainer, or 225 to repair the retainer and they don’t just cut off the piece. She also suggested I take nail clippers to cut off the part that broke off even though it would still be sharp at the end. I never asked for the permanent retainer to begin with. Mi hija y yo tuvimos una consulta con el Dr. Jo hoy y empezamos nuestro tratamiento juntos. Las dos pasamos un momento increíble. Todo el equipo dental fue muy profesional, acogedor y amable.
