Mi esposo tenía dolor en una muela/encías y le dieron cita el mismo día. La recepción es muy amable y servicial y la dentista... ay por Dios, tan amable y muy delicada. Yo hice una cita para mí y fue tan linda con mi limpieza profunda y también con la información que te da sobre tus dientes y cómo cuidarlos. Estoy muy feliz. The front desk is very nice and helpful and the dentist.....oh my so kind and very gentle. I booked myself an appointment and she was so nice with my deep cleaning and also with the information she give you about your teeth and how to take care of them. I am very happy. I have been to a lot of places that just doesn't care and working in the medical field myself it is awesome to get great service and a kind gentle dentist. Amazing experience. Not only did she & her staff welcome me in at the end of their day, but they stayed late to ensure I left with a plan & remedies for the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Nida took the time to speak with me & educate me on the importance of not just my dental health, but my overall health & how it all interconnects with each other. I felt very comfortable for my entire visit, & by the time I left it felt like I’d been a patient here for years. It was a fantastic experience with a doctor who really values the patients she sees. I have very sensitive gums and a high tolerance for numbing, so going to the dentist has always been quite scary for me. But not anymore! Had to have a root canal done, not only was it affordable, but during the entire process she made sure I felt very minimal pain or discomfort. Se me rompió un diente y me pusieron un relleno temporal hasta que mi seguro entre en vigor el 1 de enero. Gasté todo el dinero dental de este año. Confío en ella, vuelvo para una endodoncia y una corona el 2 de enero. Solo espero que el relleno dure hasta enero.Let me say they were "wonderful". Had a toothache on a Saturday. Got me in, and pulled my tooth(back one). They were going to be my new place to good. The dentist wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen. When to my pharmacy(work at a hospital) in the hospital. My insurance couldn't fill it because she was out of network. Its ok, but when I called to see if someone could write me a new script. Never got a call back. Call on Monday left a voice mail. Finally I called again, Thursday to cancel my teeth cleaning. It's sad because they were great. *******UPDATE************* Called and they got me in right away. They are wonderful. My tooth cracked and the put a temporary stuff in it until my insurance clicks in on Jan 1. Used all the dental money this year. I trust her, going back for a root canal and a crown Jan 2.
