¡Qué experiencia tan increíble desde que entré! La joven que se encarga de ti cuando llegas fue muy amable y se comunica muy bien. ¡Se fue hasta el final para revisar el sistema y encontrar mi seguro porque les di la tarjeta equivocada! Heidi fue **INCREÍBLE**! Muy amable también, Heidi se aseguró de explicarme todo muy bien mientras avanzaba y tuvo una conversación genial entre tanto. Fue muy suave y sabía mucho de lo que estaba pasando. Nour llegó y me explicó todo lo que necesitaba hacer y hasta hizo las citas para eso. Nour también fue muy amable y reconfortante. Me explicó todo lo que pasaría en mis próximas citas y con quién sería. Tuve el placer de conocer a uno de los dentistas, un hombre muy amable. **Todo el personal fue encantador.** ¡Totalmente recomiendo esta oficina! She went the extra mile to go through the system to find my insurance because I gave her the wrong card! Heidi was AMAZING! Very kind as well, Heidi made sure she thoroughly explained everything as she went along and had great conversation in between! She was very gentle and knowledgeable about what was going on. Nour came and further explained everything that I needed to have done and made appointments for those! Nour was also very kind and comforting. She walked me through everything that would be happening in my upcoming appointments and with whom they'll be with. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the dentist, a very nice man. He estado yendo a Dr. Harb durante años y ahora es North Oaks Dental. Tuve que sacarme una muela y requería un implante dental. El Dr. Daboul fue increíble. Me explicó todo paso a paso y calmó mi ansiedad. Me sorprendió gratamente que no sintiera ningún dolor después de la extracción e implante. He explained everything step-by-step and calmed anxiousness. I was completely surprised when I experienced zero pain after the extraction and implant. Hasta ahora he tenido una experiencia muy buena aquí. El personal es amable y te hace sentir cómodo de inmediato. El Dr. Harb es muy paciente y explica todo con claridad, lo cual agradecí mucho.
