Sentí que el Dr. Willcuts fue grosero y que solo quería deshacerse de mí porque no quería esforzarse y prefería simplemente "arreglárselas" con el problema de mi hija a medida que fuera creciendo. Si buscan ayuda genuina y un doctor que realmente se preocupe por sus pacientes y su futuro, recomendaría elegir otra clínica y no ir con el Dr. Willcuts en Treehouse Orthodontics.I felt as if Dr Willcuts was rude and was trying to send me on my way because he didn’t want to put in the work and wanted to just "deal" with my daughters problem as she got older. He took lots of other people before us when we had a scheduled appointment. My daughter is 5 and has an impacted tooth. He rudely said there was absolutely nothing he could do for her. He was acting as if I was ridiculous for taking her there. He didn’t even look at her x-ray. Since then I went to a different orthodontist office who listened and was much more helpful, kind and is going give my daughter the care she needs to avoid bigger and painful issues for her in the future. If you want genuine help, and a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients and their patients future I would recommend choosing a different office and not going to Dr.Willcuts at Treehouse Orthodontics.Comentario traducidoVer original
