Un compañero de trabajo me los recomendó y me dijo que tanto el Dr. Brown como el Dr. Core son profesionales y ofrecen un excelente servicio. Aparecen como proveedores en mi seguro dental. Lamentablemente no tendré la oportunidad de conocerlos porque, cuando llamé para agendar una cita como paciente nuevo, la mujer que atendió no fue nada amable. Decidí llamarla después de 3 horas para preguntar si ya había verificado mi seguro y me dijo que no, que aún no. Colgué y busqué otro dentista.I was referred by a coworker and was told that Dr. Brown and Dr. Core are both professional and provide great services. They are listed as providers under my dental insurance. Unfortunately I will not have the chance to meet them because when I called to schedule an appt as a new patient the woman that answered was not friendly at all. I told her about my urgent matter and she said she will need to verify my insurance and if she does not get to call me back today, that she will will call me sometime next week. Fui primero a Sage Dental y luego vine con el Dr. Brown para una segunda opinión. Me dijo el Dr. Brown que en Sage tratan de encontrar cosas por las que ocuparse y que él me iba a ahorrar dinero. Me cobró por las impresiones y luego no supe nada de su oficina por 6 meses. Finalmente llamé para ver qué pasaba y me dijo que las impresiones siguen válidas aunque no me haya visto y **YO SÉ** que mis dientes se han movido desde entonces y no me va a devolver el dinero de las impresiones que ya no valen. Estoy decepcionada y ahora confundida y preocupada por tener que estar pendiente de dentistas que intentan venderme más. Así no debe funcionar el sistema.I first went to Sage dental and then came to Dr Brown to get a second opinion. I was told by Dr Brown that Sage try’s to find things to take care of and he’s going to save me money. He took money for impressions and then I didn’t hear from his office for 6 months. Finally I called to see what was happening and he said the impressions are still valid even though he hasn’t seen me and I KNOW my teeth have shifted since then and won’t give me a refund on my now invalid impressions. He is extremely gentle, patient, and very thorough.
