El procedimiento fue sin dolor y muy rápido , incluso el día siguiente sigo sin dolor ni inflamación. Dr Albert habla perfecto Español ( incluso canta en Español) Muchas gracias 🙏 Dr Albert ! El servicio y la atención es muy buena con personal altamente calificado y y capacitado para poder atenderte de la mejor manera cuentan con personal bilingüe que te podrá ayudar a entender lo que el médico pregunte quieras comentarle a tu médico suerte procuren hacer su cita con mucho tiempo pues pasan muy ocupados

¡La Dra. Bingham es INCREÍBLE! Me derivaron a esta oficina para una endodoncia y no podría haber tenido una mejor experiencia. Ella se tomó el tiempo para explicarme detalladamente mi diagnóstico y qué esperar, lo que me tranquilizó de inmediato ya que era mi primera endodoncia. Durante el procedimiento, la Dra. Bingham fue más allá de lo esperado para asegurarse de que estuviera cómoda, incluso ofreciéndome una manta y una almohada, y preguntando cómo estaba durante toda la cita. She took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and what to expect, which immediately eased my nerves since this was my first root canal. Durning the procedure Dr. Bingham went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even offering a blanket and pillow and checking in with me throughout the apt to make sure I was okay. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise truly stand out. While I hope I never need another root canal, I would absolutely trust Dr. Bingham and her team again. Tras 2 visitas con el Dr. Albert para determinar qué muela me causaba el dolor, en mi 3ra visita el Dr. Albert hizo que el Dr. Mortman revisara. Él tomó más rayos X (sin cargo) y determinó que, como no se vería en los rayos X, se necesitaba un tratamiento de conducto. La decisión fue la misma. Después de las 5pm, el Dr. Albert hizo el tratamiento de conducto. El ambiente fue excelente. Puso música que me gusta: U2 y los Rolling Stones. El procedimiento fue largo y sin dolor. Las raíces de la muela estaban muertas, ahora tiene un empaste temporal con medicina y en 2 semanas vuelvo para terminarlo. Tengo 72 años y fue mi primer tratamiento de conducto. La segunda muela en cuestión es la de al lado. Con el tiempo, esta también necesitará un tratamiento de conducto. El Dr. Albert es excelente. ¡Realmente aprecio la segunda opinión del Dr. Mortman! Solo me cobraron por una consulta. Me fui a dormir sin dolor y me desperté sin dolor. El Dr. Albert y el Dr. Mortman son muy honestos y muy preocupados por mí y por mi dolor. Ahora estoy 100% sin dolor. ¡Muy recomendable!After 2 visits with Dr.Albert to determine what molar was causing the pain my 3rd visit Dr Albert had Dr.Mortman to take a look He took more xrays [no charge] it was determine since no exrays would show it a root canal was needed. They decision was the same. After 5pm Dr.Albert did the root canal. The atmosphere was great. He played the music I liked. U2 and the Rolling Stones. The procedure was long and pain free. The molar roots were dead a temp filling with medicine on now and 2 weeks go back to finish. I'm 72 years old and this was my first root canal. The 2nd molar in question is the next one over. This in time will need a root canal as well. Dr. Albert is excellent!! I truly appreciate the 2nd Option from Dr.Mortman. I was only charged for one consultation visit. I went to bed in no pain and woke up pain free Dr.Albert and Dr.Mortman are very honest and most concerned about me and my pain. I am now I'm 100% pain free. Me derivaron a este lugar desde mi dentista. Necesitaba ver sobre hacerme dos endodoncias. Quería verificar si aceptaban mi seguro y cuál sería mi gasto de bolsillo. Los llamé el 6 de octubre y al no recibir respuesta para el 13 de octubre, volví a llamar. El 13, quienquiera que atendió dijo que enviarían mi solicitud al "Departamento de Facturación". Hoy es 29 de octubre y aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Tres semanas y media sin comunicación por su parte, esto no es un buen servicio al cliente, por favor esfuercen por mejorar.Was referred to this location from my Dentist. I needed to see about getting two Root Canal's. I wanted to verify that they accepted my insurance and what my out-of-pocket expense would be. Called them on October 6th and when I did not hear back from them by October 13th, I called again. On the 13th, whomever answered stated they would turn my request into the "Billing Department" Today is October 29th, and still have not heard anything back. 3 1/2 weeks and no communication from them, this is not good customer service, please stive to do better.Comentario traducidoVer original
