Our family has been going to Valley Ridge Family Dental for many years, since our children were tiny. We love Dr. Jessica and her sweet staff. They are all so very gracious, friendly, honest, and professional. We've never waited more than a few minutes for our appointments (even when arriving early), and everything done is thorough, timely, and necessary (we never have felt pushed into treatments). We appreciate them so much and hope to go there for as long as possible.

Dr. Johnson and her staff are exceptional. Without question they have incredible customer service, focus on preventative care, and valuable expertise. Have been a patient for well over a decade and could not endorse them more.

I have experience with another Dentist before, and I should say that I liked Valley Ridge a lot. They explained everything that they are doing and they make sure that all procedures will be based on what you need and budget.

Greedy, told me I needed 4 cleanings per year upon the first visit. I had been told by the hygienist that they are not out scamming people and that the owner doesn’t need the money to go buy a new boat? Lol ok red flag #1. Had nothing positive to say about my oral health leaving me feeling defeated. Made a comment about my lower teeth potentially falling out because of my bone health. I had 4 cavities filled on my right side and they ached for weeks after. I now have issues flossing my back right teeth as she filled them too close together. So I did not get the other 3 on my left side filled. I established new care at a holistic dentist in town and got new X-rays done. They said I did not have 3 cavities on my left side. Makes me wonder and I will be picking up my X-rays from Valley Ridge.

I have been going to this dentist office for several years. The staff are very friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for many years and have followed her to her new beautiful, dental practice in West Des Moines. Dr. Johnson and Tara are so kind and make me feel so comfortable when I walk in the door. Having a filling was so easy with Dr. Johnson. She was so gentle and caring throughout the whole procedure. She does great dental work. Also, Dr. Johnson is honest and trustworthy and that was why I followed her to the new location. The dental practice is so clean too. Dr. Johnson truly cares about her patients and I would not go anywhere else! I highly recommend going to Valley Ridge Family Dental.
