Me siento muy cómoda con la recepción. Cuando sales o llamas para una cita, te tratan bien. Está convenientemente ubicado en West Bloomfield.Wonderful all around!! Shippey Dr. Nashef’s wife cleans my and my moms teeth. She’s very gentle but good. The Dr. himself is fantastic Very thorough and knowledgeable and nice too. ¡La mejor oficina dental de todas! Muy limpia y profesional. El personal es amable y me hizo sentir como en casa. Fui por un pequeño retoque cosmético en uno de mis dientes frontales y el Dr. Nashef no pudo haberlo hecho mejor. Se tomó el tiempo para escuchar lo que quería y realizó el procedimiento menos invasivo para darme la sonrisa que nadie más pudo darme. Very clean and professional. Staff is friendly and made me feel right at home. Went in for a quick cosmetic touch up on one of my front teeth and Dr. Nashef could not have done a better job. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and did the least invasive procedure to give me the smile that no one else could give me. Mary, the dental assistant was the sweetest soul and made me feel very confident with my smile as well. Fui una paciente nueva aquí a principios de noviembre. Hacía casi 6 años que no veía a un dentista debido a que no podía pagarlo y no tenía seguro. Finalmente conseguí seguro por mi trabajo y decidí que era hora de ver al dentista, además de que tenía un poco de dolor de muelas. Al principio, todo parecía normal. Vine, me hicieron algunas preguntas, me tomaron algunas radiografías y las revisamos. Me dijeron que no era nada grave, solo un par de zonas de preocupación menor, pero nada alarmante, y que solo necesitaba venir por una limpieza y usar un enjuague bucal medicado hasta entonces para ayudar con la inflamación. Programé una limpieza para un mes después y seguí sus instrucciones hasta entonces. Los días siguientes, el paladar de mi boca y mi mandíbula estaban en un dolor tremendo por la radiografía que me tomaron; la técnica de radiografías parecía no tener idea de lo que hacía y tuvo que colocar esos grandes instrumentos en mi boca múltiples veces para una sola foto porque no los podía colocar bien. En mi cita de limpieza, vine y fui recibida por la higienista que iba a revisar mi boca. La higienista me dijo que mis encías habían retrocedido tanto que había daño óseo irreversible y que, si no quería empezar a perder mis dientes, tenía que pagar **$1,500 DE MI BOLSILLO** por una limpieza periodontal y que tenía que programar otra cita. Luego mandaron a otra chica que intentó venderme la limpieza y me presionó para que la comprara porque *"están completos y no saben cuándo podrán atenderme de nuevo"*. Después de que les dije *"no, no tengo ese dinero"*, me dieron una bolsa de regalos, un ataque de ansiedad tremendo y me mandaron a mi casa. Ni siquiera me hicieron la limpieza por la que esperé un mes y por la que me fui dos horas antes del trabajo. Hoy decidí ir a buscar una segunda opinión con otra dentista. Le conté a esta dentista lo que pasó en New Orchard y se quedó en shock, diciendo: *"no suena como una cita con el dentista, suena como que estabas comprando un timeshare"*. Ni siquiera me cobraron por la visita. Me tomaron nuevas radiografías (mucho más cómodas, sin dolor ni molestias) y las revisaron conmigo, diciendo: *"tu hueso se ve excelente y parece haber muy poca acumulación de sarro duro en la parte posterior de tus dientes; solo necesitas una limpieza normal"*. Me sentí tan aliviada al escuchar eso. Llevaba semanas con ansiedad y depresión por perder mis dientes y no poder pagar esa limpieza que me cobraron de forma equivocada. En conclusión, **no confíen en estos estafadores y no pierdan su tiempo aquí**. Busquen un dentista honesto que quiera ayudarte a tener una boca sana, no un dentista que solo quiera llenarse los bolsillos.I was a new patient here in early November. I hadn’t seen a dentist in almost 6 years due to not being able to afford it and no insurance. I finally got insurance through my job and decided it was time to see the dentist, plus I was having some tooth pain. At first, everything seemed normal. I came in, got asked some questions, got some X-rays done, and we reviewed them. They told me that nothing was too bad, a couple spots of minor concern but nothing crazy and that all I needed was to come in for a cleaning and use some medicated mouthwash until then to help with the inflammation. I scheduled a cleaning for a month out and followed their instructions until then. The following days, the bridge of my mouth and my jaw were in tremendous pain from the Xray I got, the Xray technician seemed to have no idea what they were doing and had to place these large instruments in my mouth multiple times for 1 picture because they couldn’t set them right. At my cleaning appointment, I came in and was greeted by the hygienist who was going to go back and take a look at my mouth. The hygienist then told me that my gums have receded so badly that there’s irreversible bone damage done and that if I didn’t want to start losing my teeth, I had to pay $1,500 OUT OF POCKET for a periodontal cleaning and that Id have to schedule another appointment. They then sent another girl in who tried to sell the cleaning to me and tried to pressure me into purchasing it because "they are booked up and they don’t know when they’ll be able to get me in again". After I told them "no, I don’t have that kind of money" they gave me a goodie bag, a crazy anxiety attack, and sent me on my way. Didn’t even perform the cleaning I waited a month for and left work 2 hours early for. Today, I decided to go get a second opinion from another Dentistry. I told this dentist what happened at New Orchard and they were in complete shock and said "it doesn’t sound like you had a dentist appointment, it sounds like you were buying a timeshare!"They didn’t even charge me for my visit. They took new X-rays for me (much much more comfortable, 0 pain or discomfort), and reviewed them with me telling me "your bone looks great, and there seems to be very little buildup of hard plaque on the back of your teeth, all you need is a normal cleaning.". I was so relieved to hear this. For weeks now I have been having anxiety and depression about losing my teeth and not being able to afford this cleaning they wrongfully quoted me. In conclusion, don’t trust these scam artists and don’t waste your time here. Find a truthful dentist who wants to help you have a healthy mouth, not a dentist who just wants to fill their wallet.Comentario traducidoVer original
