This was my first visit, and I originally came in planning to do Zoom whitening after finishing Invisalign treatment. After consultation with Dr. Nashef, he explained that my teeth are already fairly white and recommended trying whitening gel first to see if I even needed Zoom. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn’t trying to push a more expensive treatment. He also offered to apply the cost of the gel toward Zoom whitening later if I decide to move forward. Luego el enlace expira y no puedes volver. No es una buena opción para recopilar información importante. Con todo eso dicho, el doctor y el personal son increíbles. Gente genial, sencilla y divertida de conversar. Todos son excelentes en su trabajo. Valen totalmente la pena. Les daría 100 estrellas o más si pudiera.Everyone here is super friendly. They work hard to make sure you are comfortable and feel taken care. The only down side is the check in process and all the text reminders. It’s a bit excessive. They also should look into getting rid of the text link for checking in. It’s not a friendly app/link or whatever you call it. If I’m an existing patient just have a quick simple 1 pg questionnaire asking has xyz changed yes or no. Any new health changes yes or no. New address etc? Simple. Yes or no. Spending 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out the portal area was a waste of time because I couldn’t even get it finished before being called back. Then the link expires so you can’t go back. Not a great option to collect important information needed. With all that said Dr and staff are amazing. Great down to earth people. Fun to talk with. They are all amazing at their jobs.
