Vi a este dentista hace unos 10 años. Tenía la peor actitud bedside que he visto en toda mi vida. Fue grosero y irrespetuoso conmigo Y condescendiente con su asistente delante de mí y más. Desde entonces encontré un nuevo dentista que, después de contarle esta experiencia, me hizo 12k de trabajo pro bono. Ella me dijo que quiere que tenga un pie adelante en lugar de una mano tendida. He had the worst bed side manner i have ever seen in the entirety of my life. He was rude and disrespectful to me AND condescending to his assistant in front of me and more. I have since found a new dentist who actually did 12k in probono work on me after telling them about this experience. She told me she wants me to have a foot forward instead of a hand reaching out. After moving to MI a few years ago, I struggled finding an office that had competent, honest, and professional staff. The hygienist Renee and Dr.Tarnopol were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during the entire visit. Este es el mejor dentista al que he ido en mi vida. After having my appointment canceled the day before by my previous dentist because of an insurance mix up and being talked down to by the other office, I took a chance on this dentist as I was referred by my brother. I am so glad I did because this experience was great from the very moment my wife made the first call. The receptionist was absolutely amazing. The dental assistant was so pleasant and Dr. Tarnopol is the BEST! They made me feel so welcome! They got me in, fixed the issue and got all of the billing and insurance information straightened out before we left. This was nothing but a God send! To top it off, the doctor called later on that night to check on me and I’m so glad he did because I was in so much pain, he put a prescription into my pharmacy at 7:00 pm. to make sure I was taken care of.
