¡Wow!!! Este dentista es increíble. Si tienes un niño pequeño ¡100% ven aquí! El Dr. fue super bueno con mi hijo de 2 años. ¡Hizo un examen completo, limpieza y fluoruro! No creía que se quedaría quieto, pero antes de ponerse los guantes, hizo que el bebé lo hiciera, lo dejó jugar con todos los instrumentos para que pensara que era divertido!!!! Yo le tengo terror al dentista y ver a mi pequeño disfrutarlo y portarse tan bien fue más que emotivo. ¡Muy impresionada con este consultorio!Wow!!! This dentist is amazing! If you have a small child then 100% go here! The Dr was soooo good with my 2 year old. He did a full exam and cleaning and fluoride!!! I didn’t think he would sit for him but before he put his gloves on he had the baby do it, let him play with all the instruments so he thought it was fun!!!! Fui hoy por primera vez a Bayview. Decir que estoy impresionada es quedarme corta. El Dr. Davidson es increíble; me vio al instante y fue tan rápido para entender mi problema y me lo explicó TODO tan detalladamente. Luego, sin perder tiempo, mandó a una enfermera practicante para explicarme con todo detalle qué puedo y qué no comer/beber. ¡Hasta me dio el nombre y el número de su médico de cabecera de sus propios contactos para que pudiera agendar una cita! La recepcionista también fue tan amable. Es tan raro encontrar médicos/dentistas que realmente se tomen el tiempo de hablar contigo y explicarte las cosas sin usar esos términos médicos tan complicados. ¡Una oficina dental verdaderamente increíble! Ya se lo he recomendado a toda mi familia y amigos. ¡Y encima están a solo unas cuadras de mi casa!I went to Bayview for the first time today. saying that I was impressed is an understatement. Dr Davidson is so incredible; he saw me right away and was so quick to figure out my problem and explained everything SO thoroughly. then he promptly sent in a nurse practitioner to thoroughly further explain what I can and cannot eat/drink. she even gave me the name and number of her primary care doctor out of her own phone contacts so that I could schedule an appointment. the receptionist was also so sweet. it's so rare to have doctors/dentists to really sit and spend time talking to you and explaining things without all these big medical terms. truly an amazing dental office and I've told all my family about them and friends. plus, they're right down the road from me!Comentario traducidoVer original

Hice mi cita hace un mes. Cancelé a mis clientes para hacer esta cita. Llego a las 10:00 y mi cita es a las 10:30... justo cuando estaba por entrar y dar mis papeles, recibo una llamada en mi celular de la oficina. El Dr. Shane Davidson no acepta tu plan de Molina o Medicaid. Estoy tan enojada.... la recepcionista me había dicho semanas atrás que sí aceptaban mi seguro de salud de MI, Molina - Medicaid. Realmente necesitaba esta cita, mi corona lleva tiempo fuera y mi diente está matando... Ahora estaba lista para empezar una relación con Shane Davidson para arreglar todos mis dientes.... postes y todo. Que me cancelaran justo cuando estaba por entrar por la puerta. ¡Es despiadado! Llevo meses buscando un dentista que se preocupe por mí y por mis dientes. Las calificaciones de todos los dentistas que creo que aceptan el plan Healthy MI son terribles. Aquí pensé, por las reseñas y que tenía una cita, que por fin tendría un buen dentista. No tuvieron la consideración de llamarme hasta que estaba por entrar por la puerta.... I arrive at 10:00 my appt is for 10:30 ... as I'm just about to go in and give my paper work I get a call on my cell phone from the office. Dr Shane Davidson does not take your Molina or Medicade plan. I'm so pissed off.... the receptionist had told me weeks ago it was a yes they take my MI heath care insurance.... Molina - Medicade. I really needed this appt. my crown has been off for some time and my tooth is acking ... Now I was all ready to start a repore with Shane Davidson about fixing all my teeth.... posts and all. To have him cancel me as I was going to come in the door. Is heartless! I've been searching for a dentist to care about me and my teeth for many months now. The ratings on all the dentists that I think take the Healthy MI plan all have terrible ratings. Here I though by the reviews and that I had an appt. I would finally have a good dentist. They din't have the caring to call me until I was heading in the door.... Should have told me a month ago and not lied to me. I'm really upset. As I started to drive away ...
