Recientemente regresé a Integrity Dental después de ir a otro dentista solo porque estaba más cerca de casa y era conveniente para que mis hijos fueran caminando. Me alegra mucho haber vuelto. El personal es amable, profesional y me hace sentir cómoda en cada visita. La oficina está limpia, huele bien y nunca hay que esperar mucho para ser atendido. Todo es eficiente, exhaustivo y se maneja con cuidado. ¡Muy recomendable!I recently returned to Integrity Dental after going to another dentist only because it was closer to home and convenient for my kids to walk to. I’m so glad I came back. The staff are friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable every visit. The office is clean, smells great, and there is never a long wait to be seen. Actualización - después de mi publicación, Christine de Integrity me llamó. Explicó que si mi seguro no cubre la radiografía, no me la cobran. Explicó que toman una radiografía panorámica cuando eres un paciente nuevo para tener un punto de referencia. Aprecio el tiempo que Christine se tomó en llamarme y explicarme esto. Otra vez, esto es lo que pasa cuando uno salta a conclusiones. Tengo mucha ansiedad con el dentista. El Dr. Kapoor se tomó el tiempo para asegurarse de que estuviera bien. El personal es excelente. La única razón por la que puse 4 estrellas es porque tomaron una radiografía panorámica que probablemente tendré que pagar de mi bolsillo, ya que descubrí que mi seguro dental paga una radiografía panorámica cada 3 años. Asumí que el personal verificó con mi compañía de seguros antes de sugerir la radiografía. Supongo que eso es lo que pasa cuando se hacen suposiciones. Sin embargo, me hubiera gustado más transparencia.Update - after my post, Christine from Integrity called me. She explained that if my insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray, they do not charge me back for it. She explained they take a panoramic x-ray when you’re a new patient in order to get a baseline. I appreciate the time Christine took in calling and explaining this to me. Again, this is what happens when you jump to assumptions. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist. Dr. Kapoor took the time to make sure I was ok. The staff is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they took a panoramic x-ray which I will most likely have to pay for out of pocket as I found out my dental insurance pays for one panoramic x-ray every 3 years. I assumed the staff checked with my insurance company before suggesting the x-ray. I guess that’s what happens when assumptions are made.
