Llevo viniendo aquí por años!! El personal es super amable, nunca he tenido problemas para que me acomoden y me den una cita. Mi dentista es simplemente el mejor, siempre espero con gusto que me limpien los dientes.I been coming here for years!! Though I didn't personally get the opportunity to visit as a patient, both my cousin and my eyebrow professional did and ooh.. ahhh! Beautiful work and nice vacation. I'd like to make a comment about the gal who's implant came lose? This can happen. Weather here in the USA or abroad we're ready for possibly the worst, expecting the best... Oye vey! Need I say more. Hope the clinic is able to get their new website up. For now I have beautiful brochure of.. prices incl! For myself... I've been ousted from a dentist and dental school due to my overbite. Just wished that upon all the measuring done and critiques of my overbite, that they could have stopped rather than waiting afterwards..several procedures later and just "call it a day" make other plans lol! Like save my money and go to the Washington clinic. Wonder if any one knows if a good INS dental plan be considered, especially if some work coincides medically? Thanks

En mis sueños más locos nunca pensé que escribiría un comentario negativo sobre este centro dental. He venido a este lugar por los últimos 15 años más o menos. Cada seis meses me programan una cita. He estado llamando a esta gente durante los últimos tres meses para agendar una cita de emergencia porque se me salió el implante. Nada de suerte para conseguir una cita temprana, así que hoy voy a la oficina y me dicen que no me pueden atender. ¡Así que ya me calenté! Estoy pensando por qué esta gente no me mencionó esto meses, semanas o *sino* días atrás. En resumen, si valoras tu tiempo, este lugar no sería una buena apuesta. Every six months they schedule me in for an appointment. I've been calling these people for the past three months to schedule an emergency appointment due to my implant coming out. No luck getting an early appointment so I go into the office today and I'm told I can't be seen. So you know I'm heated! I'm thinking why these people didn't mention this to me months, weeks, or evening day's ago. In short if you value your time this place wouldn't be a good bet. Llevo yendo a este dentista 2 años (3 visitas). Me cae bien el Dr. Greaves (es amable y paciente), pero su personal de recepción es insoportable, poco profesional y con mala actitud. Cada vez que voy, llego 15 minutos antes de mi cita y sin embargo sigo esperando **nunca menos de una hora** para ser atendido. Hoy mi cita era a las 10 a.m. Llegué a las 9:45 a.m. y me registré... a las 10:20 la joven dijo que, como soy un paciente nuevo, tengo que llenar el formulario de nuevo. Lo hice. Ni una palabra para registrarme o informarme sobre el proceso después de eso... nada. Soy profesional y tengo responsabilidades con mi trabajo... Nunca volveré allí y los reportaré con mi proveedor de seguros. El Dr. Greaves fue muy grosero conmigo, en una ocasión sin mascarilla. No estoy contenta con mis dentaduras postizas, su laboratorio es pésimo. Y me voy a hacer otro juego en otro lado. El servicio al cliente estuvo más o menos, pero el doctor me hizo sentir muy incómoda.I will never go back there again and I will be reporting them to my insurance provider. Dr Greaves very rude to me no mask on one occasion. I am not pleased with my dentures there lab sucks. and I am going to go get another set somewhere else.
