Dr. Ross is incredible. I get anxiety from dental work and I feel so comfortable with her. She is incredibly skilled and very personable. I walk away feeling empowered and actually look forward to my next appointment. All of the office staff are equally kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Love this practice

As someone who hates the dentist, I loved my first visit with Dr. Ross. Her kindness, compassion and gentle manner go a long way in her practice. All of the office staff were pleasant and professional, I had little to no wait before my appointment, and I was done in less than 45 minutes.

I want to start by saying I hate going to the dentist and I have since I was a very young child. This was my first time trying Dental Serenity and the front desk was lovely. My dental hygienist took the time to put me at ease and told Dr. Ross who came in after she’d taken some x-rays to look at the x-rays and assuage my concerns. She said my teeth looked good, my smile was pretty and could she answer any questions for me. I thought that was nice. However, I didn’t realize it until I got home that my hygienist didn’t floss my teeth. I’ve never had a teeth cleaning that didn’t include flossing. Dr. Ross didn’t return after my hygienist had finished either. When I first start at a practice, the dentist always comes in to check and have a chat (if necessary). It’s usually only a couple of minutes because the hygienists I’ve had were very skilled and professional, but the dentists would come by just the same. Once I just have regularly scheduled cleanings, some have only come as needed but some dentists continued to came do a check. Maybe since she’d already looked at my x-rays and spoken with me, she didn’t find it necessary. So I plan to try them again. But I need a full teeth cleaning next time.

All around great team that provides great service! It’s a pleasure going in every 6 months for a dental cleaning and have had dental work done with ease.

Parking is terrible, ride share is highly recommended. However, once inside this office and staff are a gem to the DMV. Thank you to my new hygienist Crystal, Dr. Desai, and Dr. Ross for your care, knowledge, and professionalism to a DC newby.

Dr. Ross and her team were professional and efficient at every stage of my visit. The office team demonstrated reliability during scheduling and subsequent follow-up care, consistently delivering a high-quality encounter beyond expectations. Dr. Ross is very personable, putting me at ease prior to my procedure, and keeping me informed at each step. I offer my strongest recommendation for Dr. Ross, her dental team and her office staff.

Prior to becoming Dental Serenity, I went to this practice for many years and never had an issue. But I've gone twice in the past year for a cleaning and exam and on both occasions there was no dentist with no warning ahead of time. The hygienists are friendly and competent but seem to come and go with little consistency. It appears that after the practice was bought management fired all the prior employees. The new staff is not as attentive.
