I could not recommend Rhode Island Endodontics highly enough if you are in need of a root canal procedure. I have seen Dr. Usman Fazli twice in the last two weeks, and both times I had a top-notch experience. From scheduling with Adria to being set up by Courtney, this team truly has it figured out. Dr. Fazli not only does exceptional work, but he also has an incredible personality that makes the procedure fly by. Whether it’s his broad knowledge on different subjects, his interest in music, or his sense of humor, he creates a relaxed and comfortable environment from start to finish.

I had a root canal done today with Dr. Fazli at Rhode Island Endodontics and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Fazli was professional, thorough, and made me feel very calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. His chairside assistant, Courtney, was outstanding — attentive, reassuring, and genuinely caring the entire time. The whole team created a calming environment. Dr. Usman Fazli was amazing!! I was in and out of his office for a root canal procedure in less than an hour. His staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. They explained all my X-rays and every single step in the procedure. I was completely numb the entire time and did not feel a thing! His personality is top-notch— keeps you laughing even during treatment, which totally eases your anxiety. I cannot recommend his office enough! Thank you, Dr. Fazli!

Had my first-ever root canal (at age 69) yesterday - I'm so happy my dentist referred me to RI Endodontics! All contact with office staff was wonderful - Adria was friendly and efficient, went out of her way to get me all set up and get me in quickly. Dr. Fazli was likewise wonderful - I "numb up" very slowly, and he was patient in making sure I was pain-free. He explained what was happening all along. The icing on the cake was that he was a hoot - chatting about Speilberg movies and singing throughout the procedure! How often can you say a root canal was "a pleasure"? I would not hesitate to recommend RI Endodontics.

I had high anxiety about my root canal procedure as I can be a challenging patient to numb, but Dr. Fazli and his staff were knowledgeable, understanding, and ensured that I was completely numb before the procedure started. The procedure was, in my estimation, quick and definitely painless. I'll never have anxiety about a procedure like this again thanks to Dr. Fazli and his staff's excellent work. Highly recommend.

I've had 2 root canals done by Dr. Fazli. I couldn't ask for an easier experience. Adria at the front desk was great in scheduling the appointment and coordinating with my dentist and insurance company. Courtney, his assistant, was very professional and kind before and during the procedure. Dr. Fazli explained everything that was going on with my tooth. He often asked how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable. He even sings a little bit while working. And played some of his favorite music during my first root canal. I walked into the office at 8:00 am and walked out just after 9:00. Dr. Fazli saved my tooth from needing an extraction. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fazli is very skilled, honest, and took excellent care of me! He offers transparency and honest assessment and takes time with his patients to listen and thoroughly assess, which made for an excellent experience. The staff is also warm and kind and accommodating, and the receptionists were also very flexible and accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!
