Soy un paciente relativamente nuevo, que ha tenido 2 revisiones en Waltham Dental. Encuentro al personal eficiente y profesional. No intentan empujar tratamientos o procedimientos innecesarios como hacen muchos sitios, pero sí se encargan bien de lo que necesitas que hagan.I am a relatively new patient, who has had 2 check-ups at Waltham Dental. I find the staff to be efficient and professional. LUGAR HORRIBLE, llevo años viniendo aquí. Mi prometida vino hace 2 meses con un problema en una muela y necesitaba empastes, se apresuraron con todo el servicio y no le pusieron anestesia. Dos meses después, le duele de nuevo una corona que le pusieron en este dentista. Así que concertó otra cita con un nuevo dentista y ahora tiene una infección grave y tiene que que le extraigan la muela. Sin mencionar el dinero gastado en alineadores durante años. Ahora sus dientes se moverán a menos que paguemos de nuestro bolsillo por la muela, ya que el seguro no lo cubre. No sé qué pasó, pero la calidad de la atención en este lugar ha sido horrible durante años, evítenlo o acérquense con precaución. Todo el equipo está viejo y obsoleto, definitivamente necesitan que el estado venga a revisar este lugar.HORRIBLE PLACE, been coming here for years. my fiancé came 2 months ago with an issue with her tooth and needed fillings, they rushed the whole service and they did not use any anesthesias. 2 months later she has pain again in a crown that was put on at this dentist . So she set up another appointment with a new dentist and she now has a bad infection and has to get her tooth removed. Not to mention money spent on aligners throughout the years. Now her teeth will shift unless we come out of pocket to pay for the tooth since the insurance doesn’t cover for it. Not sure what happened but the quality of care at the location has been horrible throughout the years completely avoid or approach with caution. ¡Lugar horrible! La señora del check in (que habla mandarín) es muy grosera y no tiene lógica. Se negó a llamar a la compañía de seguros de mis padres y me pidió que yo llamara. Llamé y conseguí el correo de confirmación que ella necesitaba, incluso dijo que estaba bien, y hoy dijo que esa confirmación no vale y negó por completo lo que había dicho la última vez. Así que mis padres fueron dos veces y no hicieron nada. ¡No sé cómo todavía tienen pacientes! ¡No vayan ahí!Horrible place! The check in lady (who speaks Mandarin) is very rude and has no logic. She refused to call my parents’ insurance company and asked me to call. I called and got the confirmation email she needed, she also said okay, and then today she said that confirmation doesn’t count and totally denied what she said last time. Fui aquí por una extracción, el dentista terminó empujando el diente hacia mi seno. Tuve que ir a urgencias porque me estaba sangrando por las orejas, la nariz y la boca. La tomografía del ER mostró que necesitaba cirugía, que tuve que pagar de mi bolsillo. El cirujano oral realizó la cirugía al día siguiente. En el hospital Emerson.I went here for an extraction, the dentist ended up pushing the tooth into my sinus. I had to go to the emergency room because I was bleeding from the ears, nose and mouth. The ct scan from the ER showed I needed surgery which had to paid for out of pocket. The oral surgeon performed the surgery the next day. Estos tipos cobran por casi todo. Fui por una obturación, el médico me hizo otra sin avisar ni cobrar por ella. Aunque claramente no era necesaria y le dije que no. ¡NO VENGAN AQUÍ POR SUS PROBLEMAS DENTALES, ESTE LUGAR PERDIÓ MI CONFIANZA!!!These guys charge for almost anything. I went for tooth filling, the doctor did one more filling without informing and charging for it. Even tho it clearly wasn’t required and I told him not to.
