Dr. Schellinck, his beautiful always smiling office manager Melissa and the rest of the staff are simply the best in every way!!!! My daughter’s case was very complicated as Dr. Schellinck explained to me and to my daughter with all the details at the beginning of our long journey of getting our teeth fixed. My daughter’s teeth did not line up properly, her jaw bones alignment would have to be changed, her tongue would need to be retrained to be in a new position and that is just few problems we had to deal with. Instead of worrying about tackling this "mountain" or ours, Dr. Schellinck actually got very excited about facing this challenge. And now that the hardest part is over, three years later, I know why. She is smiling again!!! If you still reading this, I highly recommend this office. This was my third round of braces, after a bad first experience that resulted in crowding and a lost molar. From initial consultation to end of treatment, Dr. S explains every step of the process as well as his reasoning/considerations in his decisions. He makes sure things are done the right way, even if this means taking a little more time. Monique and Mariana are both wonderful assistants, and Melissa ties it all together by making the front office experience completely seamless.
