I had left a request on their website to set up an appointment and they were prompt to call me back and continued to call even though it took me several times before I eventually called them back! During the visit my hygienist, Erin, was thorough and helpful with all my questions. Dr. Schmedding came in but was very busy so he asked if he could reschedule another time to meet with me to answer all of my questions. I have an issue with my jaw alignment and I appreciated his willingness and intentionality to make sure he had time to give me a thorough consult instead of rushing to keep his schedule. Afterwards Erin walked me back to the front desk and had the receptionist take the dentist consult off my claim and reschedule me for another day with that appointment.
