¡Este lugar es horrible! Todos los que trabajan aquí son re contra groseros. Están super desorganizados y te agendan uno atrás de otro sin darte ni idea de cuándo te van a atender. Nuestra cita era a las 12:30 y nos vieron a la 1:50. Terminamos a las 3:45. Esto fue *lo más rápido* comparado con otros pacientes que estaban ahí desde las 9 am y aún no los habían atendido para las 3:30. ¡Todos con cita! Las recepcionistas ni se molestan en disculparse, solo te dicen "usted es el siguiente" y que te sientes a esperar hasta que te llamen. Si tienes suerte, en realidad encuentras dónde sentarte. A los pacientes los obligaban a esperar afuera porque solo hay como 10 sillas adentro. Ojalá podamos encontrar otro dentista que termine el tratamiento de conducto y acepte Medi-Cal. No entiendo cómo este lugar sigue en funcionamiento.This place is terrible! Everyone that works here is soooooooo rude. They are so disorganized and book you back to back with no estimate as to when you will be attended. Our appointment was at 12:30 and we were seen at 1:50. We were done at 3:45. This was the quickest compared to other patients who were there since 9am and still hadn’t been attended by 3:30. All with appointments. Receptionists do not care to apologize they tell you you’re next and to sit down until you’re called. If you’re lucky you can actually sit down. Patients were forced to wait outside because there are only about 10 chairs in there. Really hope we can find another dentist to finish the root canal process that accept Medi-Cal. Es un dentista muy bueno sí son un poco groseros y no hablan mucho creo que es diferencia cultural. Pero puedo apostar una cosa si vas el mismo día te ayudarán y ofrecen mejores planes de pago que cualquier otro que conozco y aceptan muchas aseguradoras diferentes. I can bet one thing though if you go same day they will help you and offer better payment plans than anybody else I know and except many different insurers. Su equipo me dijo que no sentiría dolor y tenían toda la razón. ¡Mención especial para el equipo trabajador y gracias por los conocimientos!I was told i needed a root canal by western dental so i came to this dentist since it was the closest too me i waited patiently in the waiting room for about 2 hours to get xrays the lady who did my xrays was very kind and made me feel comfortable after that i was told to come back 2 weeks later once my insurance approved. when i came back in to do the root canal procedure i met dr mikhail and his friendly staff i was feeling alittle nervous since it was my first time getting a root canal and i didnt know what to expect but dr mikhail great sense of humor and knowledge made me feel way more comfortable his team told me i would feel 0 pain and they were exactly right Special shoutout to the hard working team and thank you for the knowledge.Comentario traducidoVer original

The entire staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one wanted to listen to me, and they were not willing to explain anything properly. I felt ignored and treated badly from the moment I arrived. When I came in, I was told that there were two patients before me and that I would need to wait about 10 minutes. In reality, I waited two hours. I arrived at the clinic at 3:00 PM and was not taken into the office until 5:00 PM. They do not take appointments — you just come in and wait in line for 2–3 hours. Dios mío, LO ÚNICO positivo que puedo decir de este hombre es que su trabajo es bueno y eficiente. De lo contrario, vas a estar esperando aunque tengas una "cita" por lo menos 2 horas mínimo. Mucha gente se va frustrada pero a ellos no les importa, ya que esta oficina es una de las pocas en el condado que acepta el Medi-Cal del gobierno. Así que realmente no tenemos opción si necesitas una corona o un tratamiento de conducto. Bueno, volviendo al doctor, es un hombre de muy pocas palabras, no responde preguntas básicas ni te dice lo que está haciendo. Se acercó a mí con la enorme aguja de Novocaína, me dijo "abre la boca" y cuando lo hice, ni siquiera me puso el gel para adormecer. La inyección en las encías fue tan dolorosa. Fue en la parte de atrás muy abajo de mi boca, cerca del hueso de la mandíbula. Solo te dirá "quédate quieto" y ya. Este doctor es TAN frío, cero trato humano. La última vez que lo vi, necesitaba una extracción complicada de una muela muy atrás abajo. Ya estaba inflamada y la mayor parte estaba dentro de la encía, así que tuvo que "sacarla" como excavando. Me dijo que sentiría presión, pero que estaba bien. Empezó a tirar y jalar con una herramienta dental como una llave, y sentí que mi mandíbula se iba a partir. Me gritó, literalmente me gritó, que me quedara quieta y que parara. No pude aguantar más, cerré la boca y le dije que no podía seguir. Que necesitaba más Novocaína, así que me dio una inyección rápida y le dije que tenía que ser más suave, pero ni creo que me escuchó. En ese punto, ya estaba llorando. No había otra asistente, solo él. Seguía gritándome que parara y que me quedara quieta. En ese momento, ya estaba llorando a lágrima viva. Finalmente la sacó. Luego me dijo "ya, estás bien, ya salió". Yo, llorando a lágrima viva en ese punto, le dije que tenía que ser más amable. Entonces me palmeó la cabeza y dijo "ah, es que estás muy emocional", y ya. El resto de la noche sentí que debería estar en el hospital por el dolor que tenía en la mandíbula. Apenas podía abrir la boca, tragar o incluso hablar porque fue tan brusco con las inyecciones y al jalar. Ya hace exactamente una semana y aún tengo un poco de dolor en la mandíbula, sigo tomando ibuprofeno y hoy es el último día de antibióticos. Otra vez, su trabajo es bueno. También me puso una corona, quedó completamente cubierta por Medi-Cal y hasta era del color del diente. Pero prepárate para esperar mucho y básicamente no es un doctor que te vaya a tratar con suavidad y amabilidad. Es todo negocios.OMG the ONLY thing I can say that’s positive about this man is his work is good and efficient. Otherwise, you will be waiting even if you make an "appointment" for at least 2 hours minimum. So many people walk out in frustration but they do not care, as this office is one of the only ones in the county that takes government medi-cal. So we really don’t have a choice if you need a crown or root canal. Ok back to the Dr. , he is a man of very little words, does not answer basic questions or tell you what he’s doing. He approached me with the huge Novacaine needle, Said open your mouth as I did he didn’t give me the gel to numb. Your gums and the injection itself was so painful. It was in the very bottom back of my mouth near my jaw bone. He will tell you to "sit still" and that’s it. This Dr. is SO ice cold zero bedside matter. So the last time I saw him, I needed a kind of complicated extraction of a very back molar on the bottom. It was already inflamed, and most of it was in the gum so he had to kind of "dig" it out. he told me I will feel pressure, but that’s OK.. He started yanking and pulling with a wrench kind of dental tool, and I felt like my job was gonna split, and he yelled, literally yelled at me to sit still and stop. I couldn’t take it anymore and close my mouth and said I can’t do this. I need more Novacaine so he gave me one quick shot and I told him he needs to be more gentle and I don’t even think he heard it. At this point, I was in tears. There was no other assistant. It was just him. He continued to yell at me to stop and sit still. At this point, I was full on crying. He Eventually got it out. He then says "ok you’re fine it’s out" , I then said to him, crying full on at this point he needs to be more kind. Then he pats me on the head and says "Oh you’re just emotional" that was it. The rest of the night I almost felt like I should be in the hospital with how much pain my jaw was in. I could barely open my mouse or swallow or even talk because he was so rough with the injections and the pulling.. It’s exactly a week now and I still have a little bit of pain in my jaw and I’m still taking ibuprofen and last day of antibiotics. Again, his work is good. I got a crown as well. It was covered completely by Medi-Cal and was even tooth colored. But be prepared to wait a long time and basically not a doctor that that’s gonna treat you gently and with kindness.
