St. Charles Family Dental

The staff at St. Charles Family Dental was great as usual! Everyone was super friendly and I was seen pretty quickly after checking in for my appointment. The hygienist Caitlin was amazing! She was sooo nice and even told me where I could get a massage (it was the day before my birthday. I went there and treated myself. Thank you Caitlin!). Dr. Bordes was very pleasant, friendly and efficient! The exam was very quick but I felt very comfortable with her. I've had nothing but good experiences at St. Charles Family Dental and I thank the team there for another great visit!

Drs. Coleman and Bordes of St. Charles Family Dental have provided an excellent service to my husband, myself and my mother for over 10 years. The office is always clean, staff friendly and using the latest dental technology. The assistants and dentists provided excellent recommendations for oral health. I was also strongly encouraged to get orthodontic work to address dental issues. I appreciated all of the guidance and cleanings while I had braces for over 3 years. I appreciate St. Charles because my a part of the excellent team of orthodontist, oral surgeon that walked me through the braces process. Records were shared easily and each office was up to date on the status of my braces and my needs. Now that my braces are gone, I’m looking forward to my final dental procedure of receiving a crown at St. Charles Family Dental.

I will update this once I have all the names of the ladies who have helped. I’m writing this without the paper they gave me with everyone’s names. But past that, I can’t not express how caring all of these ladies are, from the front desk to everyone in that building. I have EXTREME health anxiety, and deal with other mental illnesses so I let myself go for a long time and had some no call no shows. They still didn’t shun me away (please don’t do that to them, just a reference that if you deal with mental health. They really try their best to help) My doctor and the assistant did everything in their power to make sure I left comfortable and checked up on my constantly. Asked if I wanted to watch a movie or listen to music. It was clean, I never waited when I go there. Always seen immediately, and they always answer the phone. If you are someone with health anxiety or anxiety in general I highly recommend. I have state insurance as well for the ones struggling to find a decent place that isn’t below a 2 star. Thank you ladies so much for making me feel like myself again. 11/10 experience.

Absolutely love Dr. Coleman her daughter and staff I was so scared of going back to the Dentist after I had a bad experience in the past, but Doctor Coleman and her daughter and her staff treat you like family there. I absolutely love them. They are awesome. They care about their patients I’ve got a whole new smile. I can actually brush my teeth now without being in pain. They constantly check up on you during your visit to make sure you’re OK as well as during your procedure they make sure you’re OK and I would recommend her and her establishment to anybody and everybody.

Absolute best dental experience I’ve had to date!!! Great people, amazing vibe, awesome music, extremely welcoming and professional I literally couldn’t ask for more beautiful people inside and out and dedicated to you leaving with a smile you never knew you had! 100% recommend thank you ladies for everything 🌹

She saw Dr. Border, who was absolutely excellent—patient, gentle, and very informative. She explained everything clearly and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. The staff here is always kind, upbeat, and welcoming. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. I am truly grateful that this is our dental office. What really touched me today is that Dr. Border even offered for my daughter to shadow her as she begins exploring her future career path. That meant a lot to both of us. I had a great experience with Dr. Coleman at St. Charles Family Dental. She was very patient, kind, and explained everything she was doing during my fillings, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Her work was excellent, and I’m really happy with the results. The technician, Cat, was also very friendly and helpful, taking the time to find answers to my questions. Overall, the entire team was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend them!
