Llevo aproximadamente un año y medio viniendo aquí desde que mi hijo empezó con los brackets. El trabajo ha sido decente, pero espero más. El servicio al cliente es deficiente (grosero), mala comunicación con los pacientes (contacto/atención telefónica y recordatorios de citas), poca flexibilidad para programar citas. Mi última irritación fue que me cobraron una tarifa por cita perdida durante el covid cuando ni siquiera respondían al teléfono en las horas de trabajo supuestamente establecidas. The work has been decent but I expect more. Customer service is lacking (rude), poor communication with patients (phone contact/answering and appointment reminders), limited flexibility with appointment scheduling. My final irritation was being charged a missed appointment fee during covid when they wouldn't even answer the phone during supposed work hours! They never did and they never answered the phone. The pediatric dentist had to take all those pictures over again. When I scheduled the appointment, I clearly stated that I needed a cleaning and also had a cavity. However, upon arrival, the staff focused only on the filling and repeatedly asked if I was in pain. I explained several times that I was not in pain and was there for a cleaning, but my concerns were ignored. I was then told I would need to return for the cleaning, which was confusing and not explained clearly. During the X-rays, the dental assistant used an instrument that appeared rusted. I questioned whether it should have had a plastic cover, and I was told it was fine. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and wished I had left. When the dentist, Dr. Hood, entered the room, he did not introduce himself or explain the procedure. He appeared rushed throughout the visit. After administering the numbing agent, the entire side of my face was numb, which is not my normal experience. The swelling and numbness lasted for three days. Additionally, the office appeared unclean. I have been seeing dentists my entire life and have never had an experience like this. Following this visit, I developed an infection in the treated tooth and have been in pain for months. I was required to take a significant amount of Motrin for pain management, which caused stomach issues. The tooth has since broken, and I now need to have it extracted.
