El personal de la oficina es más que grosero e irrespetuoso. Mi hija necesitaba una endodoncia y debido a que llevaba días con dolor antes de la cita, y ella sufre de una enfermedad crónica, le pregunté si podía ser sedada para el procedimiento. La chica que atiende dice que no pueden hacerlo y me cuelga el teléfono. Llamo de vuelta y pido hablar con la gerente de la oficina, Lauren se pone al teléfono ya a la defensiva, dándome actitud y diciendo que la sedación solo se da a los pacientes que llegan a las 8am. Cabe mencionar que es nuestra segunda visita y ya lo había preguntado en la primera. Son rudos en persona y, sobre todo, por teléfono. Estoy disgustada con el ambiente de esta oficina. El Dr. Ego y su asistente dental son buenos en lo que hacen, pero las dos señoras de la recepción son horribles, ahuyentando clientes y haciendo que los niños se sientan más incómodos. Esta oficina necesita una actualización urgente con su personal de la oficina frontal. Definitivamente no volveremos a Excelsis en Waldorf.The office staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. My daughter needed a root canal and due to the fact that she had been in pain for days before the appt, and she suffers from a chronic illness I asked if she could get sadated for the procedure. The girl that answers says they cannot do it and hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the office mgr, Lauren comes on the phone already on the defensive, giving me attitude and telling me that the sadation is only given to patients that come in at 8am. Mind you this is our 2nd visit and I asked since the 1st. They are rude in person and more especially over the phone. I am disgusted with the vibe of this office. Dr. Ego and his dental assistant are good at what they do but the 2 ladies at the desk are horrible, driving away business and making children more uneasy. El Dr. Osuala y su equipo son un regalo del cielo. Fui para mi primera endodoncia y fue literalmente indolora. No me importan las agujas con tal de evitar cualquier tipo de dolor... ¡me adormeció muy bien! No sentí absolutamente nada, ni siquiera presión. Su equipo fue muy amable, servicial, me hizo sentir cómoda y respondió todas mis preguntas. La oficina era acogedora, bien decorada y muy limpia.Dr. Osuala and his staff are a God-send. Went in for my first root canal and it was literally painless. I don't mind needles with the thought that I rather deal with them than any kind of pain..he numbed me very well! I felt literally nothing, not even pressure. His staff was very pleasant, helpful, made me feel at ease and and answered all questions that I had. El Dr. entró y me saludó de nuevo, se sanitizó las manos y me dio la mano. Preguntó sobre mi pasado y qué me llevó allí para entender su recomendación de seguimiento. Empezamos en cuestión de momentos. Durante ese tiempo, tuvo en cuenta la ansiedad que claramente mostraba. Me guió a través del proceso y HABLÓ CONMIGO. Tan cercano. Antes de que me diera cuenta, ya había terminado. Preguntó cómo me sentía, se aseguró de que hablamos de los siguientes pasos y me dijo que tuviera un buen día y Bienvenida a Maryland. Then, his office was was cordial, professional, clean in appearance, quick and well spoken. The Assistant that retrieved me from the waiting room 4 minutes after I was scheduled*** met me with a smile and asked how I was doing. She explained everything SHE DID and what to expect from the Dr. Great background music, CLEAN AND PRISTINE work area. Everything sterile in plastic or covered. The Dr. entered and greeted me again, sanitized his hands and shook my hand. He asked about my past and what brought me there to understand for his follow up recommendation. We got started within moments. During that time he was mindful of the anxiety I clearly displayed. He talked me through the process and TALKED TO ME. So personable. Before I realized he was done. He asked how I was feeling, ensured we discussed my steps and told me to have a great day and Welcome to Maryland. His assistant sent my follow up documents and X-rays before I stood up. Exemplary service to say the least. I’ve been to 3 other dr.‘a and I am beyond grateful none of them worked out. Now I’m getting the smile I want with the confidence I need. And btw…..the YouTube videos do him no justice. What in the I have 3 eggs left and I am willing to go for broke, did a beautiful actor GOD just put a hole in my gums???????
