The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my whole family on the same day, which I truly appreciated—it made everything so convenient and stress-free. The dentist was very thorough and patient, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the procedure and answer all of our questions. I never felt rushed, and it really helped build trust and comfort. What also stood out was their high-end, modern technology. Fui por una preparación de corona. No tuve tiempo de espera ni para ser llevado atrás ni para ser atendido por el dentista una vez sentado en el sillón. I had a great experience at Dental One, the dental assitant/ x-ray tech was nice and very patient when taking my x-rays I dislike this step each time I have to do it but she was very understanding and made the process smooth. I met with the Dentist, Dr. Taddesse who was very pleseant and direct with exam discovering an esstianal treatment I needed that had been missed by other dentist in the past. I appericated that he talked me through his findings with clear examples and answered all of my questions. This location had great reviews and all the staff were nice. I love that they have early morning appoitnments. The only thing to note is that your first appoitnement is only for x-rays which was different but overall the care and service was great.

The treatment plan that the dentist Dr. Kemeka laid out for me was straightforward and all the pricing was shown so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Nothing the dentist recommended felt unnecessary. The dental hygienist and receptionist both checked with me to see if I had any questions or concerns before I left and I felt that level of care was excellent.
