I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. My cleaning was extremely thorough—honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had in a very long time. The dentist and staff were very kind and reassuring. Instead of feeling discouraged, I felt encouraged that I’ve been taking good care of my teeth and was given helpful guidance on how to continue caring for them well. I truly felt listened to and well taken care of. The dentist also took time to explain things clearly and gave me a plan moving forward, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for such thoughtful and professional care.

Dr. Jared Hawthorne And his staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. He makes you feel so at ease and explains everything. I used to be in the Dental field and I also have Dental phobia and unfortunately, it’s not easy to find a good dentist. I am very blessed that I found him, His communication and making you feel comfortable is his number one priority! Very thankful for this Office

I was very pleased with my first visit. The dental office was clean and everyone was smiling and friendly. Everyone I met and worked on my teeth were professional and caring. I believe it will be a good fit for myself and my husband. Plus,the office is in a convenient location for us. Thank you for the great care.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Dr. Hawthorne was amazing as well as the dental hygienist. They made me feel extremely comfortable with zero judgement. They are working with me on a payment plan and I appreciate them so much! I got a root canal done today and I will be returning to get a crown. 1000% recommend this Dentist!

Amazing team. They’ve worked so so hard to help my spouse who has a phobia of dental work. Dr Hawthorne really believes in building trust and a relationship with patients to make sure they are comfortable. There’s been a few snags with upfront but nothing that can’t be solved. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hawthorne’s for 2-3 years now. I’ve really enjoyed being a patient of West Vancouver Dental because of how friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Additionally, it’s nice to see their investment into technology that helps patients have even better experience. For example, they have a piece of equipment that allows for same-day crowns. Super happy with my experience and working with Dr Hawthorne and his friendly and talented staff.
