Estaba tan triste cuando nuestro seguro cambió un poco y no pudimos venir aquí. ¡Tan feliz cuando volvió a cambiar y pudimos regresar! Todo el personal es amable, profesional y cariñoso. Me encanta ver a Shelley cada 6 meses para mi limpieza. Ella es muy buena en lo que hace y además tiene una personalidad agradable. Siempre me siento como si fuera un descanso ir a mi limpieza. Lol Han tenido algunos cambios de dentistas en los últimos años, pero parece que ahora tienen un buen equipo de dentistas. Todo el edificio siempre está tan limpio, lo cual valoro mucho, especialmente en el cuidado dental. Nunca he tenido problemas con las facturas en los casi diez años que llevo como cliente allí. ¡Realmente se lo merecen un gran reconocimiento por el excelente trabajo en equipo que hacen allí!I was so sad when our insurance changed for a bit and were weren't able to go here. So glad when we it changed and we were able to come back! Their entire staff are friendly, professional, and caring. I love getting to see Shelley every 6mos for my cleaning. She is very good at what she does and has a nice personality as well. It always feels like a break for me to go to my cleaning. Lol They've gone through some dentist changes over the past few years, but it seems like they have a solid set of dentists now. The entire building is always so clean, which I very much appreciate especially for dental care. I've never had an issue with billing in the almost decade I've been a client there. ¡Quedamos tan impresionados! Llamamos, entramos el mismo día para una evaluación. Mi esposa tenía un dolor serio, y la evaluación determinó que necesitaba bastante trabajo dental. My wife was having serious pain, and the evaluation found quite a bit of dental work was required. They made time, and spent the next two hours taking care of her. My wife, who fears the dentist, said they were so kind during the entire process. From scheduling, to the techs and the Dentist, everyone was amazing. El Dr. Winger hizo un trabajo fantástico en mi puente. Es un dentista muy amable con su cuidado y su trato al paciente es excelente. Su encantadora asistente Kaitlin fue increíble. He’s a very gentle dentist with his care and bedside manner is excellent. His lovely assistant Kaitlin was amazing. They’re both funny when they’re working together. Fui paciente aquí por varios años. Hace años, publiqué una reseña brillante... porque ¡ERA VERDAD!!! Antes eran GRANDES y les di todo el crédito por eso. Lo entiendo... los tiempos y los negocios cambian... la gente se jubila o se va. A veces se llevan consigo las mejores razones para ser paciente allí. Realmente lo lamento cuando pasa esto... pero a veces simplemente SUCEDERÁ. Los negocios tienen el derecho de operar como ellos vean conveniente. Estoy bien con eso. Pero solo sentí la necesidad de encontrar un mejor ajuste. Estoy MUY triste de que ya no pueda recomendar este lugar.I was a patient here for a number of years. Years ago, I posted a glowing review....because, it was TRUE!!! They used to be GREAT and I gave them major props for it. Over time, however, they seem to me to have lost their way somehow. Just didn't seem to be a positive place anymore. I eventually realized that the Receptionist was the only reason I hadn't gone elsewhere. (She's STILL great, BTW!!) I get it...times and businesses change......people retire or move on. Sometimes they take with them the best reasons to be a patient there. I'm truly sorry when this happens...but sometimes it just plain DOES. Businesses have the right to operate however they see fit. I'm good with that. But I just felt the need to find a better fit. Excelente consultorio dental. Acabo de tener mi primera visita aquí por una extracción de emergencia y toda la experiencia fue fácil y rápida. I just had my first visit here for an emergency tooth extraction and the whole experience was easy and fast. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic; the front desk person, dental assistant, dentist, and the billing person; everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
