El Dr. Leonard y su asistente fueron excelentes. Solo me quejo de que cierran temprano, así que no puedo volver a que me revisen las dentaduras. Es muy incómodo y difícil comer casi todo, pero lo hago. Nunca recibí una llamada de seguimiento. Mi ansiedad se calmó al conocer al Dr. Leonard y a su asistente. Only complaints, close early, so I'm unable to go back to have my dentures checked. Very uncomfortable and difficult to eat almost everything, but do it. Never received a follow up call. My anxiety calmed once meeting Dr. Leonard and his assistant. Very little pain and kept me informed of each step. The entry to the office is very difficult to access in a wheelchair.The front office staff are very courteous but the denturist I saw was not. He was not kind at all. You could tell he was in a rush. He wouldn't let me finish my sentences and was so rough while doing impressions and fitting dentures that he made several cuts into my gums that were extremely painful and took quite a while to heal. Thankfully they did not become infected. When I brought up a grievance with him he suggested that I bring my father to future appointments. It was incredibly sexist. I did get both of my partials through state insurance. But at the same time, the dentist office and my doctor ant nurses assist me for what I needed and I am outrageously overwhelmed on the meanings of where I can actually be me. And have again self-confidence. Now to where I can actually stand my ground and be mean, I appreciate this dentist. Office and my doctor and nurses, they have gave me my life back. I truly would say, I love them. I am 28 my upper parcel and bottom partial have been in Fur. A week and a 1/2, I think, and they are doing amazing. My smile, it's sharp.It is beautiful at first, it was a little rough, but it was because of insurance. Not the dentist's office. And then it got frustrating, but at the same time I understood in the future of reasons why it went the way it went. It's not their fault. It's insurance. I am outragedly satisfied and confident. I can talk, I can smile. I could present. I can do everything now because of what they have done for me. I am outrageously. Thankful for what they have done. And what they can do. Thank you guys so much.

Es un lugar excelente. Lo que tienes que entender de este sitio es que están muy ocupados. Si puedes entender eso mezclado con su estricto enfoque en la protección contra el COVID, entonces entiendes cualquier problema que puedas tener. El Dr. García fue mi dentista favorito y el cirujano también es de primera.Just a great place. The thing you have to understand about this place is they are super busy. If you can understand that mixed with their strong approach to COVID protection then you understand any issues you may have. They are protecting the elderly which they have a lot of patients through here that are of age. My teeth I did crowns and veneers. They are very professional, it only takes a couple of minutes before they had me back in the room. It only took about five appointments to have them completed. Me derivaron aquí desde mi dentista y el "dentista" del que no puedo encontrar licencia ni certificación (ninguno de los dos) y su esposa que trabaja como recepcionista y hace trabajo dental ilegalmente (yo no sabía qué hora era en ese momento) se salieron de mi Plan de Cuidado y durante una extracción, extrajeron un diente sin decírmelo ni a mi dentista y luego mintieron al respecto. El tipo era Muy Frío y mientras me hacía el procedimiento se iba constantemente a atender a otras personas (múltiples veces), lo arruinaron todo y ni él ni su esposa se disculparon, no asumieron responsabilidad y solo me dieron vueltas y vueltas, luego intentaron intimidarme para que continuara con mi tratamiento. No me dieron **NINGÚN** seguimiento. Solo me dijeron que me fuera sin ni siquiera hablarme o agendar otra cita. Intenté llamar varias veces después y no hubo respuesta. Tuve que ir con **MI** dentista para darme cuenta de que lo arruinaron. No quiero que esto le pase a ti o a un ser querido. ¡Por favor, **escuchen** mi advertencia!!! Ojalá esto nunca me hubiera pasado. Me ha lastimado de más formas de las que uno. Confié en estas personas y se aprovecharon de mí...I got referred here from my dentist and the "dentist" who I can't find a license or certification on (either of them) and his wife who works as a receptionist and does dental work illegally (which I did not know what the time) went against my Plan of Care and during an extraction, extracted a tooth without telling me or my dentist and then lied about it. The guy was Very Cold and while he was doing my procedure he kept leaving to work on other people (multiple times) he completely botched me and him and his wife didn't apologize, didn't take responsibility and just have me the run around and then tried to bully me into continuing my care. They gave me absolutely NO FOLLOW UP CARE. Just told me to leave after without even speaking to me or setting up another appointment. I tried calling multiple times after and got no answer. It took me going to MY dentist to find out that they botched me. I don't want this to happen to you or a loved one. Please Head My Warning!!! I wish this never happened.
