10/10. Vengan aquí. El Dr. Trimble es absolutamente competente (!), tranquilo y amable de una manera discreta. Realmente el dentista ideal. Ahora también he tenido dos grandes experiencias con las asistentes dentales (¡un saludo a Lauren)... y el personal de la oficina también es extremadamente amable y maravilloso. Tuve programada una limpieza dental rutinaria simple para hoy a las 9:00 a.m. Recibí un total de 4 mensajes de texto antes de mi cita para confirmarla. A las 8:31 a.m. recibí un mensaje de texto indicando que los sistemas informáticos estaban caídos y que me llamarían más tarde para reprogramar la cita. I have received a total of 4 text messages leading up to my appointment to confirm it as scheduled. At 8:31am I received a text message indicating that computer systems were down and they would call me later in the day to re-schedule the appointment. I received that call at 9:05am (the actual time of my appointment). The earliest time slot available was for tomorrow at 8:45pm. I am self-employed and have an assignment at that time. They proceeded to offer 4 more options over the next 2 weeks none of which actually aligned with my availability. And no options were offered for today even though I was scheduled to be seen. I said, "Well it looks like we are unable to align schedules. Look like this isn't going to work out." And the response was ok thank you. I own my own business and have for over 20 years. If you ever cancel on a client within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you jump through hoops to make the situation right -- something I have never had to do in over 20 years of business -- but something I would do if that situation would have or ever does occur. El Dr. Brady me quitó las muelas del juicio. Me frustró tener que esperar casi una hora después de que me dijeran que solo esperaría 15 minutos. I was frustrated at having to wait for almost an hour after being told I would only be waiting 15 minutes. I wish he would have been more gentle, it really felt like I was just a number on the schedule. When he numbed me, he didn’t take care to really make sure the topical numbing stuff was all over my gums, just held it on there for a second, which made the numbing shots extremely painful. After my procedure I was very unwell and traumatized due to not being put under for a very difficult extraction. Dr. Brady barely said two words to me after he was done, I was left with very little and unclear after care instructions. I ended up getting dry socket which was very painful. I came back in to have it fixed and was seen by Dr. Trimble, who was much more gentle and personable. He took time to make sure the topical numbing stuff was throughly put on my gums which made the numbing shot much less painful. He also made sure to tell me to raise my hand if the pain was too much, instructions I didn’t receive from Dr. Brady. My second visit was an overall better experience. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful in getting me a last minute appointment since I was in so much pain.Comentario traducidoVer original

Doctor Smith is awesome and funny and does not try to upsell you on random dental things like previous dentists that I have visited. He ido a Tooth Docs de vez en cuando durante años, pero más recientemente por dolor de muelas. Vi tanto al Dr. Smith como al Dr. Trimble y ambos doctores son increíbles, escuchan y son muy amables. Me hicieron una corona y ahora la hacen allí mismo, lo cual es genial porque es una sola visita en lugar de dos. Estaba nerviosa, pero una vez que llegué me tranquilicé y no dolió NADA. Tuve un descanso para ir al baño y leer mientras me hacían la corona. La asistente dental/higienista fue muy amable, todo el equipo fue muy agradable y fácil de trabajar. Mi esposo también va allí cuando lo necesita.I've been going to Tooth Docs off and on for years but most recently for tooth pain, I seen both Dr Smith & Dr Trimble and both DR's are amazing, listen and gentle. I had a crown done and they now make them in house which is awesome as it's 1 visit instead of 2. I was nervous but once I got there I was better and it didn't hurt AT ALL, I had a break to use the bathroom and read while my crown was being made. The dental assistant / hygienist was very friendly, everyone on the team was very nice and easy to work with. My husband also goes there when needed also.Comentario traducidoVer original
