The dentist gave me an injection without any warning, which completely caught me off guard and hurt. Then, instead of waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, he immediately started drilling. I felt sharp pain, raised my hand, and told him I could still feel everything. His response was, "Well, you shouldn’t. Most people don’t. Only 5% of people need this other shot, but I guess you’re the guy." He then gave me a second shot — again with no waiting time — and immediately began working. It was extremely uncomfortable, both physically and emotionally. My chair was also reclined farther back than any dentist has ever put me, to the point of feeling vulnerable and uneasy. The entire interaction made me feel like my comfort and well-being were inconveniences to him. A dentist should always wait for the anesthesia to take effect and should communicate clearly with their patients. This experience made me feel rushed, dismissed, and not worth the dentist’s time. No fue una buena experiencia, me tuvieron que cambiar 2 coronas frontales que no son del mismo color. They chose to do a type of comprehensive exam that they estimated to be covered by my insurance, but then charged me hundreds of dollars on top of what I already paid because it wasn't actually covered. I wouldn't have agreed to that exam if I knew it wasn't going to be covered by my insurance. I gave the office the benefit of the doubt, but now they are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars again in addition to everything that I have already paid because, for whatever reason, the office is not able to get an accurate explanation of benefits from my insurance. They performed fillings that I paid for at the time of service, but now they are trying to collect hundreds more. I tried contacting the office by email multiple times in the last couple of months with no response. I've finally heard back, and they are blaming the insurance company, and not only that, they have charged 25% interest in a matter of months. When I contacted the insurance company, I was able to see my benefits in a matter of seconds which clearly outlined the services they performed that they are charging me extra now wouldn't be covered. I tried working this out with the office, but they have not been helpful. I will not be continuing care here unless they remove the additional charges, refund me but I already paid extra for, and can do their charge and provide accurate estimates. Seem like a great idea at the time. He pulled out all my teeth I had left in my upper palate which most all of them were bad bad teeth. but i still have now raw now dead bone showing throw the gum in one place in my upper pallet. so not good ! My condition required dental specialists that Dr Keller is not qualified or able to deal with. He should have sent me to a specialist before he worked on my for my major problems as I was bone with a harelip and cleft pallet and i have had many years of surgeries, dental work for my deeds of repair. Never in my past have I had any one work on me with such failure, I am a very complicated patient. Dr Keller should have sent me to other Professionals first. For 2 years Dr. Keller tried to make a denture work for me, but they all failed after using each one for a few month always broke on me. finally he tried a full denture as i did not want ! After getting it I and using it, I could not even taste my food while using it. To eat soft food with out the denture in my mouth, the food tastes so good. but i was desperate to have something that worked. I gave up though, after 2 years of his trials and errors, and a loss of my $22,000 I paid him. I still have right now, I am using this broken full denture. This denture was also fixed several time by another dentist, but it still always broks again after about ever 6 months or less. With a broken denture It takes me over and hour to even eat a meal and it is painful. I do not know who makes Dr Keller's dentures for him, but they do not know how to make one that will not break or work for me. I have seen other doctors and they say I need to have all of my mini implants removed for a cost of about $10,000 before they would work on me so they can put real implants for a 4 in one denture. I have no money any more to do so except some small amount of insurance money i can get each year, but not enough to save me. I am now 74 and retired. I was 66 when I first saw Dr Keller for help. Dr Keller took a picture of me right after the first denture he did for me and I was very very happy at the time, but since over a period of 2 years he failed to succeed for me and I lost hope.
