Gentle Dental East Ridge

Ya era excelente pero esta ves fue mucho mejor pues ya tienen personal que abla mi idioma y es mucho mejor gracias 🙂 🙂

Esta fue mi primera visita en este lugar. La elegí porque la Dra. Silpa tiene una calificación de 5 estrellas y, resulta que, fue el "Doctor del Año" de Gentle Dental en 2020. Wow. Toda la visita superó con creces mis expectativas. Me recibió "Victoria", quien me tomó las radiografías y me hizo sentir relajada y bienvenida. Luego llegó Nicole, amable y gentil, quien pulió mis dientes. Después llegó la Dra. Silpa, quien me explicó mis radiografías y me dijo qué tratamiento necesitaba. Tenía una actitud muy tranquila y serena, y hablaba con una voz suave y gentil. Por último, estuvo "Laura", quien terminó mi limpieza dental y me equipó con algunos suministros dentales, y también fue amable y gentil. Sin duda, esta es la mejor experiencia dental que he tenido. Cuando me fui, el personal de recepción fue amable y servicial. Todos, desde el principio hasta el final, fueron acogedores y profesionales. Les animo a probar esta oficina de Gentle Dental. I chose it because Dr. Silpa has a 5 star rating, and, it turns out, was Gentle Dental's "Doctor of the Year" in 2020. Wow. The entire visit was way beyond my hopes. I was met by "Victoria" who took my X-rays and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Then came Nicole, friendly and kind, who polished my teeth. Then came Dr.Silpa who explained my X-rays and told me what treatment I needed. She had a very calm, grounded, demeanor, and spoke in a soft, gentle voice. Last was "Laura" who completed my teeth cleaning and kitted me up with some dental supplies and she was kind and gentle too. Hands down, this is the best dental experience I've ever had. When I checked out, the receptionist staff were kind and helpful. Everyone from start to finish were welcoming and professional. I encourage you to try this Gentle Dental office. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente al Dr. Wang por las muelas del juicio. A mi hija le extrajo las cuatro muelas del juicio. Fue educado, divertido y un gran comunicador antes y después del procedimiento. También parece realmente preocupado por sus pacientes, lo cual valoro mucho. He was polite, funny, and a great communicator before and after the procedure. He also seems genuinely concerned about his patients, which I really appreciate.
