St. George Dental & Medical Spa

Estaba muy muy nerviosa por mi primera cita, había tenido una experiencia terrible con mi último dentista hace 3 años y no había vuelto a uno desde entonces, y mis dientes estaban en muy mal estado, así que naturalmente estaba preocupada. Sin embargo, la gente maravillosa aquí es tan dulce y tranquilizadora y fueron sensibles a mis preocupaciones e inquietudes. Galina en la recepción me atendió muy bien y me explicó todos los papeles y costos, Lily, la asistente dental (no estoy segura de su título exacto), fue amable y habló conmigo para calmar mis nervios, y estuvo muy atenta con la succión (estoy acostumbrada a casi ahogarme con mi propia saliva en otros dentistas en el pasado), y el Dr. Halaka fue muy suave y considerado, y también habló conmigo mientras hacía efecto la novocaína, me dejó tomar mi medicamento para la ansiedad y me dio tiempo para calmarme mientras hablábamos. Esta ha sido la mejor experiencia dental que he tenido en mis 27 años en este mundo, y la próxima vez que vuelva sé que estaré en buenas manos.I was very very nervous for my first appointment, I'd had a terrible experience in my last dentist 3 yeats ago and I hadn't visited one since, and my teeth were in pretty bad shape so naturally I was worried. However, the wonderful people here are so sweet and reassuring and were sensitive to my worries and concerns. Galina at the front desk took great care of me and explained all of the paperwork and costs, Lily the dental assistant(unsure of her proper title) was kind and talked to me to ease my nerves, and was very attentive with the suction(I'm used to nearly choking on my saliva with other dentists in the past) and Dr. Halaka was so very gentle and considerate, and he too talked to me as the novacaine set in, let me take my anxiety medication and gave me time to calm down as we spoke. First off, this is not towards the assistant dentist (Lilly I believe her name is) who was super friendly. I cannot remember her name but she was very helpful and informative. However, the front desk lady was somewhat nice. She is quite aggressive and I tried to call her to reschedule my appointment time and she yelled at me. I did not appreciate that. She tried to play it off with being overly polite when I got there but I did not appreciate her attitude on the phone. The dentist was polite however he was very aggressive while doing the deep clean and during the fillings. It has been 4 weeks now since I’ve had my fillings and my tooth is still very much in pain.
