Voy a explicar mi experiencia con ellos: hice una limpieza (servicio muy pobre y 0% feliz) y la hice de nuevo con otra dentista NorthCal y mencionaron que quien lo hizo antes claramente no sabía nada de odontología. Fue en febrero del 2022 y me mudé a NorthCal. Me llamaron dos veces por mi factura y les dije que no había recibido nada de mi seguro y que una vez reciba el cheque de ellos, definitivamente les pagaré. Recibí una carta con una multa de $75 por pago tardío por primera vez de ellos. ¡De la nada! Cuando los llamé, les expliqué todo, PERO la recepcionista de la Suite J fue tan grosera y solo me gritó y colgó. Los llamé varias veces después (exactamente 7 veces) y pedí hablar con el Gerente, pero otra vez me puso en espera y colgó. Por favor, por favor, tengan cuidado, todo su servicio, incluyendo la limpieza y el servicio al cliente, fue increíblemente terrible. La señora fue tan impolite y enojada. Mi pago original fue de $443 y me cobraron $510. Vivo en los EE.UU. por 15 años y mi crédito es excelente, entonces ¿por qué demonios no les pagaría...? ¡Es porque no son buenos y contratan gente que no es profesional para hacer bien su trabajo! ¡Alejense de estos payasos!I am going to explain my experience with them: did cleaning (very poor service and 0% happy- did cleaning again with another dentistry NorthCal and they mentioned whoever did this before, they clearly did not know anything about dentistry ) on Feb 2022 and moved to NorthCal. I got a call from them twice about my billing and I told them I have not received anything from my insurance and once I get the check from them, I will definitely pay you. I received a letter with a 75$ late fee for the first time from them. Out of nowhere! Once I called them, I explained everything BUT the receptionist @ Suite J was so rude and just shouted at me and hung up. I called a few times (exactly 7 times) later and asked to speak with Manager but again she put me on hold and hung up. Please please be aware all their service including cleaning and customer service was unbelievably terrible. The lady was so impolite and angry. My original payment was 443 and they charged me 510$. I live in the US for 15 years and my credit is excellent then why the heck should I not pay you guys...that is because you are not good and you hire people who are not professional to do their work right!
